About Cloxacillin

Cloxacillin is a penicillin antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections like cellulitis, impetigo, septic arthritis, otitis externa and pneumonia. It works by restricting bacterial cell wall synthesis, which in turn inhibits the bacterial growth in our body.

This drug should be used only for the treatment of bacterial infections and not for the treatment of other types of infections like viral or fungal infections. You should consult your doctor before taking it:
