refresh tears is a very good medicine to use. Use it atleast 4-6 times/day.

Hello as you asked about dried tears glands I would like to advise you to use triphal ghrut --2-4 drops twice daily. If you don't find the above medicines you can use simple cow's ghrut for 15 days. If you are feeling well and have no more trouble with it the continue it for a month.

Identify the cause for allergy and avoid it. Use mild soap for the face. Dont splash water inside your eyes. Cold packs will be better . Artificial Tears will not help you. Cold packs will be good. Avoid antibiotic eye drops.

It is due to dryness very common complaint who are addicted to smartphone or laptop or watching TV for long time without break.

Dryness is not a disease which you can cure by putting lubricating eye drops for few days, while working on smartphone , computer & watching TV for long time without giving importance to the health of eyes.
