take tab montlc 1 have
steam inhalation
syp bromhexine+trimethoprim 2 tbsp tds.

Continue for 3 days 3 times per day. And give bromhexine cough expectorant 1 tsf 3 times a day. Need be consult a paediatric.

Ascoril plus contains terbutaline so not to be given over the counter as its indicated for wheeze. Give syp maxtra instead of ascoril plus.

Control asthma needs avoiding the allergens and taking bronchodilators like asthalin or better still terbutaline tablet and syrup. Also, nebulisation will help and avoid smoking and exposure to cold.

Use asthma preventor medicine by inhalation with spacer. Cancause osteoporosis in adults and growth retardation in childrens. Can cause oral candidiasis.

Amrox-ls syrup is a combination of three medicines: ambroxol, levosalbutamol/levalbuterol and guaifenesin, which relieves cough with mucus. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens airways.
