Ibandronic acid is not a supplement and is reserved for only a select group of patients, to be taken only if specifically advised by a doctor as it can have some serios side effects too. As a supplement, any calcium supplemet is good. However, absorption is always better from food, so having a diet rich in calcium is also necessary.
