Hi lybrate-user,
from the very short description, reaching a diagnosis is difficult. I strongly recommend you to take consultation with a general physician and a psychiatrist. The problems you are facing requires to be assessed by both. I would also suggest you not to self medicate with the above medications. These medications needs to be prescribed by a qualified medical practitioner only after thoroughly evaluating you. Do not take these medication on your own.
Thank you.

There's nothing safe or unsafe as such. If you have a condition for which a particular medication is necessary and its discontinuation may cause harm, then you have to continue it. Lifelong or not depends upon your condition. However if alternative safer medication can be given for your condition then you may choose one after consulting your doctor.
