Cabaxan 60mg/1.5ml Injection is an anti-cancer drug. It is used in chemotherapy. This medication is used in combination with prednisone for treating castrate-resistant metastatic prostate cancer in patients who have already undergone therapy with a docetaxel-containing treatment.

Don’t conceive a baby or eat grapefruit or grapefruit juice while under this medication treatment. Before using this medication inform your doctor if:

• you are receiving any kind of immunization or vaccination
• you are taking any other medication, you are allergic to any food or medicine
• you are pregnant or are planning to become pregnant or are nursing a baby

The dosage for this medication is determined by the doctor based on your overall medical history and current condition. The usual dose in adults for treating prostate cancer is 25 mg given by IV infusion over an hour every three weeks.
