If your child is not having difficulty in breathing then you can just use nasal saline drops. This will resolve the congestion and swelling in the respiratory tract leading to decrease in respiratory sounds.
It is advisable to not increase the dosage of budesonide from twice to thrice.
If needed any other anti allergic medicines can be added or long acting medicines can be given which needs to be given only once.
Contact your pediatrician for better understanding.

From small age I had faced breathing difficulties frequently, when I was 13 years old I have get an asthma treatment In which doctor gives some of medicines with full form rotacaps with rotahaler starting from 50 mg to 200 mg .After that I did not go to the doctor but I want taking Only rotacaps regularly means whenever it feels difficulty in breathing, sometimes I take rotacaps after 15 days/month gap and Sometimes With 1/2 days gap. Now I am 20 years old as my age in increased my breathing difficulty is under little control now. I didn't use rotacaps for 7-8 months from March to November and In winter My breathing difficulty occurs very frequently as it occurs I use rotacaps. So I want to know that this is correct to use rotacaps when I get a breathing difficulty or it is injurious to my health.

Your mother is taking the inhalational therapy whcih is the gold standard therapy. She needs to continue it. If she get worsening attacks, she can keep a nebulize at home and do nebulization in addition to inhalation regular.
