Hi,
Take complete bed rest. Consume high protein diet like sprouts, egg, soya, milk and milk products to regain the energy and strength which is lost due to the infection. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. Consume plenty of fluids. Take the antibiotics prescribed by the doctor for 10-14 days. Avoid outside food and fresh and hot home made food is preferred.

Hi
don't worry. Take all medicines and complete the course of medicines and you'll recover in about 2 weeks.
Take rest and avoid spicy oily food.
Visit your doctor if you have high fever, pain in abdomen, vomiting or blood in stools. Wash your hands properly after going to toilet. Drink plenty water preferably boiled and cooled water.
Don't worry a lot, you'll recover well.
Take care.
Thanks.

It is a kind of bacteria mostly found in cases of typhoid.
Fruits does not kill bacteria.
For that you have to take treatment.

It can take time to recover from fatigue after typhoid. Nothing to worry about. Take as much rest as you can and drink plenty of fluids.

Many factors are to be ensured for widal interpretation. Pathological lab should be recognised as standard like iso certified. Tests are ideally done in second week of typhoid, meaning not before 6th day of fever considering around 2 days as incubation period. Clinically typhoid is not being presented in a typical manner like progressively, intermittent high fever. Sometimes malaria is also giving positive widal titre. Hence widal 'o' titre above 1: 160 and preferably 1: 320 to be repeated again...more

I think you might have erroneously reported the value 1: 140. Widal is usually reported in 1: 20, 1: 40, 1: 80, 1: 160, 1: 360 as so on. Please consult back with the appropriate value, widal in one sample can be falsely high, but since fever is persisting for 20 days, treatment needs to be started at the earliest based on your symptoms.

Typhoid fever is an acute illness associated with fever caused by the salmonella enterica serotype typhi bacteria
after your symptoms have passed, you should have another stool test to check whether there are still salmonella typhi bacteria in your poo.
If there are, you may have become a carrier of the typhoid infection. You may need to have a further 28-day course of antibiotics to "flush out" the bacteria.
