As per your query you have hyperpigmentation due to melasma. I would suggest you to :-
- Apply broad spectrum sunscreen whenever under sun exposure.- Wash your face twice daily with mild soap and cold water.-Apply kojic acid cream after washing face twice a day.- Exfoliate your skin twice a week to remove dead skin. You can try creams and soaps that contain kojic acid, glutathione, aplha-arbutin, licorice extract, mulberry extract, and Vitamins C, E, and B3.
You can also go for lightening creams containing hydroquinone, but make sure that the concentration does not exceed to 2%.Its best to see a nearby dermatologist.
