Drink lot of water. The drug has no proven scientific evidence that it will cause the stones to pass so try and avoid medication as they may damage yohr kidneys. Drink lot of fluids, avoid onion, Palak, and tomato as they are rich in oxalates. You can use Kulthi daal water for drinking and it usually has the beneficial effects on passing out the kidney stone

Many respiratory infections start out as a dry cough, and then become a wet cough or productive cough as the lungs start to produce more sputum. Some types of chronic cough or severe cough may remain a dry cough, or become a persistent dry cough.
If it persists for a longer time, it may cause some severe throat and lung problems. Your child may need a medical consultation.

If the child is having the symptoms often then you nd to go for surgery else there might be complications. Antibiotics and other medication will reduce the symptoms but again might after a month or two you will come with the same complian. Preventive measures: maintain oral hygeine by asking her to gargle after every meal ,no to ice cream and freezed food, avoid cold as far as possible. U have to consult ent specialist regarding further evaluation and treatment.
