Acebrophylline is not the solution for cough. Better go a doctor nearby and get your child examine to find the cause of cough. Then go for treatment under supervision.

Hi. I was hospitalized last month for dengue and acute bronchitis now I am suffering from sore throat or you can say irritation in throat and runny nose leading to often sneezing. I get this every month and now I really feel helpless as doctor said it's also because of low immunity. The last time when my throat was infected I visited ent doctor and he gave me few medicines [medicine name Saral-d with content Diclofenac potassium & serratiopeptidase tablets, medicine Cloff 250 with content Clarithromycin tablets IP, medicine Lukotas HD with content levocetirizine Montelukast & (SR) ambroxol hydrochloride tablets and lastly medicine Acebrobic with content acebrophylline capsules 100 my)] and also explained me some do's and don'ts. It was cured completely by these medicines I found these very helpful but again I'm getting throat pain and runny nose. Please suggest me some medicines which I can take whenever I get these symptoms as I hate going to the doctor again and again. What do I do I'm really fed up of taking medicines almost every month also I sometimes try home remedies which hardly helps for me?

Reason: he was not eating well. He has oxygen at home and also checks oxygen level with oximeter. Questions: 1. Are there any trials or cures better in homeopathy than allopathy? 2. What is the best way to control cough and also maintain his appetite? 3. He is eating little by little multiple times. Is this the way this condition works? 4. He was in america and had gone through multiple sets of tests, ct scans, blood tests, x-rays and was never told by the doctors that he has mild ild, ipf - lung scarring. After going back to india a year back he was told this diagnosis. 5. Are there any stem cell therapy or treatment available? 6. He is complaining about “dum chandna” or shortness of breath and not able to walk properly. 7. What is the best course of treatment? 8. Can he take allopathy and homeopathy medicines? The above medication will halt the disease and prevents progress. Sadly no medicines available til now to reverse it. The only answer to this disease is lung transplantation. You can check few ipf groups on facebook. U can get few answers. There are trials going on, but the medic...more
