About Asomex 5 MG Tablet

This medication is known to be a calcium channel blocker. It effectively treats hypertension and angina. The drug reduces the effect of calcium in the body, increasing blood flow to and from the heart as well as the blood vessels in the body. This, in turn, lowers the blood pressure of the body, regulate erratic heartbeat and relaxes the heart.

The dosage of this medicine and the duration it needs to be taken depends on the extent of your condition. The tablet is most effective if the entire prescribed course is completed. Alcohol consumption should be avoided if you are taking this drug. It is not prescribed for pregnant and lactating women.
