About Arasid 1000Mg Injection

Arasid 1000Mg Injection is a drug of chemotherapeutic nature. It is used to treat different kinds of leukaemia such as acute myeloid leukaemia, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, chronic myelogenous leukaemia, or acute lymphocytic leukaemia. The drug is injected intravenously, or into the cerebrospinal liquid. The latter is done through a method called the intraethecal infusion. Arasid 1000Mg Injection is not available in a form that can be taken orally. The dosage of this drug is determined by the doctor according to your age, weight, response to treatment and other related medical conditions.

It is important to stay off from alcohol, caffeine, tobacco and smoking during the course of the treatment as the drug may interact with these substances and cause fatal health complications. The drug is also known to increase the risk of infection therefore it is advised to avoid crowded places, and use clean items of daily use.
