Hello-
Vigra/sidenafil citrate is inadvisable in patients with unstable angina pectoris. The co-administration of Viagra with organic nitrates, for example, glyceryl trinitrate or isosorbide dinitrate, is unsafe. The relative contraindications to Viagra in cardiovascular disease are uncontrolled hypertension and impaired cardiac reserve.
