No it's not advisable to use these medicines. No you don't have ed. Relax. Do kegel exercises-- firstly, find the pelvic floor muscles. You can achieve this by stopping mid-stream two or three times the next time you urinate. The muscles you can feel working during this process are the pelvic floor muscles, and they will be the focus of kegel exercises.
One kegel exercise consists of tightening and holding these muscles for 5 seconds and then releasing them. Try to do between 10 and 20 repet...more

Hello, Thanks for the query.
From the information it is clear that you have ED. But there is no information on how is blood glucose controlled. Because ED is one of the most common long term complication to develop, particularly more so if glucose levels are not well controlled. Since there is no mention about fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, weight, height, dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise. It is necessary to know those details before any suggestion is made.

Tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face, forearms, legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep and suhagra tablet contains sildenafil and perse I usually don't recommend because its a temporary feeling of erection and at that time it can cause headache and flushed feeling of the body resulting in restlessness and if taken for many occasions than it can cause penile ulceration And main thing is that you might get dependent on it lifelong.

There are many conventional allopathic sexual pills in market such as Adegra, Viagra, Penegra etc. Refrain yourself from using such pills as those pills contain a steroid called SILDENAFIL. This steroid has a unique temporary effect on erectile problems. Patients using these pills for first time often report that their penis remain strong even after ejaculation. Such effects leads the patients to use SILDENAFIL for prolonged course of time as they often feel that a full erection is possible only...more

Any hormonal medicine that you take for erection or for longer sustenance will cause side effects in the long term. Erectile dysfunction is one of the most common side effect of those. Think before you choose.
