I have asthma. For a week now, have wet cough, so self prescribed Viscodyne LS+, composition levosalbutamol, ambroxol hydrochloride and guaifenesin. I've been prescribed levosalbutamol inhaler and Budamate 400 respules for the asthma. Is it safe to take the expectorant?

Inhalers are must in the treatment of asthma. Do not stop them until suggested by a doctor. You can take expectorant along with inhalers.

Your baby is vomiting as he cannot spit the phlegm like adults, and your cough syrup helps in liquifying the phlegm so after using it usually babies vomit but that's not a side effect. But if the vomits are excessive please take a pediatrician consultation.

My baby 2m20d was suffering from cough with sneezing for the last 20 days. We suggest from many doctors in nagoan district that they gave almost the same medicines as ambroxol with levosalbutamol cough syrup, omnacortil drops, maxtra drops with saline nasal drops etc.

No, levosalbutamol is only used in case of bronchospasm. Only be prescriped by pediatrician. Levosalbutamol can have adverse effects like tachycadia and hypokalemia.

I am 8th month pregnant lady and by mistake to get relief I consumed 1.5 small cap of alkof-ls syrup composition of ambroxol (15 mg) guaifenesin (50 mg) levosalbutamol (0.5 mg) menthol (0.5 mg) is it safe to take? Using ontrvine nasal drops, nebulizer with asthalin liquid. And also medicine we are giving oral drops cetrizine ,levosalbutamol and ambroxol and cefdoxime antibiotic. Hi, my 3 years old son travelled from netherlands to india 2 days before. He was suffering from cold from last 3-4 week. Doctor from netherlands did not prescribe any. While travelling my son was got fever so I have consulted local child specialist after return india. He prescribed "azithral-xl liquid-200" "montelukast sodium & levocetirizine dihydrochloride syrup" "ambroxol levosalbutamol and guaiphenesin syrup" I just checked my son got body rashes in chest and back. He took medicine yesterday and today. Is is for any medicine? Can not getting touch with doctor as it is too late now? What should I do? Please advice. Thank you. Avirup.

MACBERY DROPS 15 ml (levosalbutamol sulphate and Ambroxol hydrochloride oral Drops-dose 0.5 ml morning and night. ZUKA (Phenylephrine Hydrochloride and Chlorpheniramine Maleate drops 15 ml-dose 0.5 ml morning and night) this two drops for empty. So I can near the medical shop. And I can give doctor prescribed sheet. And I get MACBERY-KU pathilaa ASCORIL LS 15 ml drops-sum and ithula extra adding GUAIPHENESIN. ZUKA-ku pathilaa NO COLD 15 ML drops-sum kuduththaanga. Ithu random same that brand-thaa vera-nu sonnaanga. So naa month baby-ku kuduththa maathiriye ithaiyum 0.5 ml morning and night kudukkalaamaa? Please please help me doctor!

Levocet can be used in breast feeding
even though it excretes in breast milk there are no studies which show this effects the infant
ambeoxol shouldn't be used.
