Aldigesic Gel is used to treat pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.

It is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). This drug works by blocking the effect of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes which make chemical prostaglandins at sites of injury or damage causing pain, swelling and inflammation.

The side effects of aceclofenac includes nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, flatulence, constipation, dyspepsia, drowsiness, confusion, etc. You should not be taking Aldigesic Gel if –
