This is not the normal bp level.
Normal bp level is systolic <140 mmhg and diastolic <90 mmhg.
If your bp is 180/100 then start some antihypertensive.

Milk and milk products especially curd is a good source c of calcium
fresh fruits and vegetables provide vitamins in plenty. Eat all of them, especially dark coloured ones.
