We usually do not give mixed injection of gentamicin and dexa because gentamicin is an antibiotic which has to be given twelve hourly and dexa is a steroid but if needed we can give it separately and for your problem take tablet folvite 5 mg twice a day for two weeks

They are antibiotics used to kill bacteria in case of infection...
They are good to use only when there are indications and prescribed in proper doses...
There are many side effects... Including death by anaphylaxis...

U start with Augmentin 375 twice daily for 7 days and candibiotic ear drop one drop twice and if pain is more give combiflam half twice twice for three days. Prevent water to go inside ear.

I think you are having chalazion associated with meibomian gland ,it can be removed with help of minor surgery leaving no scar on skin.

if the red spot is on white portion of eye, then its not corneal abrasion,,
you need to visit eye surgeon to rule out any corneal injury. till then use the drop you have mentioned 4 times a day..
