The fever does not necessarily have to be because of the hydronephrosis. It is a possibility but as you said your reports are showing normal hence it could be another cause. Also are you asking if your fever will increase or are you saying that the fever increases with para and antibiotics?

Start symptomatic management
follow covid protocol and hygiene
