About 1 Al Total Tablet

This is a drug primarily used to cure common cold symptoms. It clears the respiratory tract and breaks up the phlegm. It aids in the release of surfactant which in turn prevents the mucus from sticking to the bronchial wall. It also shields one from various irritating agents and infections. This tablet is an active ingredient in cough syrups which facilitates easy breathing in case of clogging up of the nasal cavity.

Each tablet of this medication contains 30 mg hydrochloride whereas every 15 ml contains 15mg of ambroxol hydrochloride. Its action begins fairly quickly, just 30 mins after intake. This medication is clinically proven to make the sputum thinner and less vicious and helps to cure cough.

This drug is also used to treat different forms of inflammatory pulmonary conditions, bronchitis, bronchospasm asthma and pneumoconiosis. In the case of acute bronchitis, this medication should be paired with necessary antibiotics.

    This is a combination of four medicine which includes Ambroxol, Levocetirizine, Paracetamol, and Phenylephrine. It is used to cure common cold symptoms. Ambroxol clears the respiratory tract and breaks up the phlegm. It aids in the release of surfactant which in turn prevents the mucus from sticking to the bronchial wall. Levocetirizine selectively inhibits the peripheral H1 receptors thereby reducing the histamine levels in the body. It specifically acts on allergies caused in the stomach and intestine, blood vessels and airways leading to the lung. Paracetamol is a pain relief medication that selectively inhibits enzyme function in the brain which allows it to treat pain and fever. It activates certain receptors in the brain that inhibit pain signals. Phenylephrine works by narrowing the swelling of blood vessels in the ear and nose, thereby providing great relief from discomfort.
