You did not give your age. Practice all that is taught daily on astha channel 5.00 to 7.30 am. Very very effective- esp anulom-vilom and bramri and udgit. You will get miraculous results for free and without adverse effects of allopathic medicines and will gain good physical and mental health, increase in your stamina, good concentration, improved memory, etc. It is excellent to drive depression, negative thinking out of your system. You need to get over the problems faced in the past. Present problem is because of the past. You need regular sessions with a psychologist to get over the hurts/frustrations, etc. At present you are suffocated with past experiences. Recommend psychotherapy. I am suffering from ocd from two years before 10 months I was taking medicine but I took only two months and left then I start yoga and exercise then due to work load I again stop now present I am doing yoga n exercise and I kept myself busy I want to ask that is it cover from meditation and exercise? Sir/doctor 10th me tha tab mujhe acche marks mile par mere parents ne muje mera interest jisme tha usme admission lene nahi diya. Phir mai unko hisab se sikhane laga par mai fail ho gaya usse mai depression me chala gaya. Uske wajase muje shortness of breath mahsus hone laga ek doctor ne kaha ki wo depression se hua hai .sir mai kya karu 1.sir mera man mere ghar me ya dosto ke bich nahi rahta. 2.har time mai apne past aur future ka sochata hu 3.jab mai kabhi bhi cheej ko chuta hu ya tv band ya chalu karne je liye button dabane jata hu to mere man me photo ate hai jo log mujhe pasand nahi unke jab tak mai kisi actor ya acche dost ka photo man me dekh ke wo cheej nahi karta to chain nahi ata Ab aisa lagta hai ki jine me maja nahi suicide karu ya nahi aisa lagta hai. Iske wajase shortness of breath aur kuch beemariya lag chuki hai To please doctor muje consult kijiye.

Please do not loose heart. You are very brave and I am very proud of you that for your parents sake- you gave up your interest and took the subjects they wanted for you. I respect your feelings. And I strongly advise you to -respect yourself. You deserve it. How few children are there who go by the wishes of their parents. You are one of those few! so, be proud of yourself. Next, you could not carry on with their choice. Does not matter at all, because you tried to give them happiness but could not cope with the change. This is perfectly acceptable as we are all like that. Many times we fail to do well in a stream we dislike. I recommend talking it out with your parents, trying to tell them what makes you happy. Seek help of a good counsellor and go for interest and aptitude testing. Based on these question-answer tests you will find your strengths and weakness and get guidance on which stream is best for you.
