What will happen when not taken medicine for depression? Any idea to cure depression without medicine.
Any illness, if medicine not taken will aggravate. So, treatment is definitely required. 100% necessary. Type of treatment can vary. You practice all that is taught daily on astha channel 5.00 to 7.30 am. Very very effective- esp anulom-vilom and bramri and udgit. IT IS DEFINITELY A SORRY STATE. BUT, WE HAVE TO LEARN TO PROTECT OURSELVES FROM THE DISCOMFORT THEIR PRESENCE CAUSES. BEST WAY IS TO INSULATE YOURSELF- SEE THROUGH THEM RATHER THAN SEE THEM! REMEMBER, THE HINDI MOVIE- mR. iNDIA- TRY TO BECOME THAT SUPER HUMAN THAT CAN SEE THROUGH PEOPLE- IF THE UNDESIRABLE PERSON COMES IN FRONT OF YOU, PRETEND AS IF HE/SHE DOES NOT EXIST THERE! SEE THROUGH THEM COMPLETELY IGNORING THEIR PRESENCE. THIS IS GOING TO BE TOUGH BUT IF YOU PRACTICE, YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY INDEED. YOU WILL BE SURPRISED AT YOURSELF- HOW EASILY YOU CAN IGNORE THE PRESENCE OF THESE UNDESIRABLE PEOPLE. REMEMBER- YOUR HAPPINESS IS MOST IMPORTANT.

I am Mt sure I'm depressed or not, but I waste lots of time in thinking about a girl, I am totally mad about her and love her, I want she 's with me all time, but it's not possible coz she's in Haryana Nd I'm in Delhi, and the worst part is she had a bf, and she always saying that she didn't love me and she will not love me in future, and I'm thinking about her whole day, and due to this it's effect My preparation of competition exams, I can't concentrate in my studies, I always thinking about her, and she will not accept me in future, but after that I always thinking about her, I always try to away from her, after someday I can't control and then talk to her, after that she hurt me soo many times with her words, and I'm like wiping all over the night, sometimes it's happens in day, I can't express me in a words, which situation I have faced and grow through, so what I do so that I only focused on my studies and give me some better solution becoz I'll try lots of things to stay away from her and at the end I failed, so please try to understand my problem, I don't want that my parents also go through with my bad behaviour, it's very difficult to me to forget her but even this is it possible that I forget her, please tell me, and the idea about to concentrate on my studies?

Hello Sir, I am 31 years old. My weight 64 kg height 169 cm. Meri samasya ye hai ki mujhe sans breath lene me problem hoti hai. Muh se sans Lena padta hai. Aur Mera sir head bhari 2 rahta hai. Head me bahut dabav hota hai. Chest and back neck me jakdan rahti hai. Aur mujhe ghabrahat hoti hai. Ghabrahat ke samay Hath me kampan hota hai. Sara din depression me rahta hu. Work load hone par and meeting me jyada ghabrahat hoti hai. Aur ye samasya mujhe karib 3 year see hai. Sir mujhe bheed wale sthan ya shopping mall me Jane se dar lagta hai waha Jane par mujhe ghabrahat hone lagti hai. Aur sans lene me problem hone lagti hai. In samasya ke Karan mera kaam prabhavit ho raha hai. Akele tour par Jane me dar lagta hai. Sir mere baal bhi bahut jhad Gaye hai. Aankh me dhudhla dikhai details hai. Chasma lag Gaya hai. Sir Meri samasya ka samadha kariye please sir?
