The liquid that men ejaculate during sex is called 'semen' it contains millions of invisible 'sperms'. These sperms fertilize the eggs. After sex the sperms remain inside vagina, they swim like fish deep inside and the liquid semen comes out of vagina. It is not a problem.

I have a problem of phimosis. Doctor adviced me to operate. Without operation it possible?
Phimosis becomes a constant source of embarrassment in intimate settings. The inability to fully expose the glans can make the sufferer conscious of the way their penis looks and can also come in the way of fully enjoying intercourse.  Many people who successfully treat their Phimosis report enjoying sex completely anew, with much richer sensations and best orgasms. The added pleasure also adds to their confidence and their ability to satisfy their partners without being self conscious.  However, the real drawback of suffering from Phimosis isn't just its effect on one's sexual life. New studies have shown that Phimosis sufferers are 10 times more likely to suffer from foreskin infections and it can be a cofactor in causing premature impotence and STD's in men.  A tight foreskin can also come in the way of hygiene. Phimosis skin often traps bacteria and penile secretions in the inner folds of the foreskin. This often leads to foul and unpleasant odours.  Most of the teenagers suffer from tightness of foreskin called Phimosis. If you r not in the habit of washing inside foreskin, you will find clotting of white creamy substance inside foreskin which creates irritation, which leads to infection. Always keep inside of foreskin clean by using a mild soap to avoid unwanted skin irritation and infection. You have to take care of this sensitive part more than your face.  Start using coconut oil and slowly move the skin back and forth to bring the normal flexibility of the skin. This practice may bring your foreskin to normal after some days. Try to stretch your foreskin sideways too. Phimosis, if present since birth, is purely a surgical condition. But if it develops in later age due to any inflammation/infection then there are many homeopathic medicines like Merc. Iod. Sulphur, acid-nit, Jacaranda, Cinnabaris, Hepar-sulph, Can notharis, Thuja etc which can help such cases. For treatment let me know since when do you have this condition? Fake Orgasms - Know Why Women Fake It?

BHMS

Ask Free Question

Human sexuality is a fairly complicated process and differs a lot between men and women. While most men can easily achieve orgasm, for women, is a completely different story. Many studies and self-reporting done on this subject have shown that very few actually get to orgasm most of the time and many fake it for a host of reasons. Let’s look at a few of the top reasons why women may fake it.

  1. To make a session end – A woman, while in the act, may feel bored or want the session to end quickly especially if her partner is close to or has already achieved orgasm. She would want to fake an orgasm to bring conclusion to the session and get on with other things.

  2. To boost the ego of the partner – Women may fake orgasms to ensure that their partners don’t feel guilty or inadequate about not making them climax. Although this usually happens in long term relationships, women may even do it in short term relationships to not hurt the ego of their men.

  3. The partner doesn’t know how to bring a woman to climax – Many men don’t know how to bring their women to orgasm and thus, will try many things. There are other men who may not even care to know about pleasing their partners. In such cases, a woman may fake an orgasm as a ritual to show that she is also enjoying the act when she is actually not.

  4. Used as a strategy to retain their partner in long term relationships – Many married women or women in long term relationships use fake orgasms to ensure that their partners feel happy. This is done so that their partners continue to stay with them and feel that they have been satisfying them well enough.

  5. Faking an orgasm may lead to an actual one – Although this happens to a few women, some have reportedly stated that faking one orgasm might get them to have a real one. Some women also report being turned on by faking an orgasm.

  6. She is afraid she will be judged – Many women feel insecure that if they are unable to orgasm with their respective partners, they might be judged as inadequate or incomplete. Thus, they would fake orgasms to bring finality to cover their own insecurities.

How to Have Better Sex With Diabetes

MBBS

Ask Free Question

Diabetes has always been a mysterious home to many diseases. It reduces quality of erection. However, there are ways you can enhance your love life, by involving some strategies, such as:

  1. Approach sex like exercise: This helps prevent dreaded blood sugar lows.If you use insulin, check your blood sugar before sex and have a snack if it's low.
  2. Just go with it: Planning can be helpful, but don't sweat it if sex just happens. There's no reason not to grab the opportunity if it pops up just because you haven't followed your diabetes exercise routine.
  3. Use a lubricant: If you are a woman with vaginal dryness, a vaginal lubricant can make sex feel better. Ask your doctor about using one regularly, not just during sex.
  4. Prepare a sex arsenal kit: Keep anything you might need for optimal sex next to the bed.If you're a woman, you may want to have a lubricant in your kit. Feel free to include massage oils.
  5. Get a room: Treat yourself and your partner to a night at a local hotel. It's a great libido enhancer.Plan it days in advance. It's planning, but it's planning something fun.
  6. Get in some practice: If you are a man who uses a device like a vacuum pump or constriction band to help with erectile dysfunction, take time to learn how to use it right.
  7. Creativity is sexy: If you have trouble getting aroused, stretch beyond your go-to bedroom moves. Try out new positions. Explore different ways to climax. Most women don't climax from intercourse alone, anyway. Some men can have an orgasm from prostate stimulation.
  8. Limit alcohol: A little alcohol may boost your desire, but drinking can also make your blood sugar level drop quickly. If you drink alcohol, you might sip some champagne during intimacy.
  9. Get help for emotional issues: Depression, anxiety, poor self-image, and other emotional concerns can hurt your sex life. And if you have a partner, sex troubles can put stress on your relationship.
  10. Relax: How you feel about your diabetes can set the stage for sex. With diabetes, you have to expect the unexpected.

You can think of a formula in your mind for better, increased, steamier sex life.

Night fall is common and normal. Whenever the balloon containing semen is full, semen needs to come out by act of sex, masturbation or nightfall. It is not a disease, and does not cause physical problems and needs no treatment. Also do not give any importance to advertisement that mention that night -fall causes health problems.

Hello- Get aware before indulging in false sexual activities. Masturbation once in ten days is good for health and can be used as a ejaculation control exercise, but masturbation daily or twice daily is very harmful for the penis.

Syphilis - Decoding the Stages and Their Symptoms

Syphilis is one of the most common STD and can affect both men and women. This bacterial infection can be easily treated, but if left unattended it can cause serious problems. Syphilis can be caught by mere skin to skin contact with an infected person’s genitals or mouth. Hence even if you do not have intercourse with an infected person, you can still get infected from them. If a woman who is pregnant gets infected with this disease, she could pass it on to her unborn child as well.

A person suffering from syphilis may not always exhibit symptoms of the disease. This disease goes through active as well as dormant phases with symptoms being present only in the former. Even its dormant phase, this disease can be transmitted from one person to another.

There are four stages of syphilis and each of them have their own symptoms.

  1. Primary stage: In its first stage, syphilis is marked by the presence of open sores called chancres. This can occur in the mouth, genitals are or around the anus. It can also be seen in other parts of the body where bacteria may have entered the body. These chancres are painless and may be accompanied by a swelling of the lymph nodes around it. This is the most contagious stage of the disease. Without treatment, these sores will resolve themselves in 3-6 weeks but the syphilis bacteria itself will remain in the body.
  2. Secondary stage: Anywhere between 2 weeks to 12 weeks after coming in contact with the bacteria, this infection may move into its second phase or secondary stage. At this point, you will notice a rash on your skin. This rash can be seen as a collection of small, flat or raised skin sores along with small, open sores on mucous membranes. These sores may contain pus. Dark-skinned people may notice that these sores are lighter than the surrounding skin. Along with this, the patient may also have fever, a sore throat, headaches, weakness, irritability and suffer from weight loss.
  3. Latent stage: Once the rash clears, this disease moves into its dormant or latent phase. This is also known as the hidden stage and can last anywhere from 1 to 20 years. It is very difficult to diagnose syphilis in this stage as there are no visible symptoms.
  4. Late (tertiary) stage: If the disease is not diagnosed and treated by the time it reaches this stage, it can cause a number of serious health problems. This includes blindness, cardiovascular problems, mental disorders and even death.

Gonorrhea is a bacterial disease that is transmitted through intimate contact. If not treated on time, gonorrhea can become serious. Every year millions of people get affected with this disease across the globe. The area of infection predominantly involves the anus, vagina, penis and urethra.

Symptoms of gonorrhea
Gonorrhea often shows no symptoms. It is found that only two out of ten women show signs of gonorrhea and one out of ten men show signs of gonorrhea. This disease can take as long as 14 days to show any signs of its existence. Some common signs in women include menstrual irregularities, throwing up, abdominal pain, painful intercourse, swelling of the vulva, frequent urination and yellowish vaginal discharge. Some common signs among men include burning sensation while urinatingand discharge of pus during urination. Some common symptoms include itching of the anus, throat selling, oral infection, and painful bowel movements.

Chlamydia - Reasons Why it Affects Women

MBBS, DGO, MD - Obstetrics & Gynaecology, MRCOG
Gynaecologist
Ask Free Question

Chlamydia is one of the more common STDs among both the genders. It spreads through physical intimate contact; it can develop irrespective of one’s age, however, is most commonly observed among young women. In women, the symptoms include yellow or green colored odorous vaginal discharge, painful urination and a burning sensation or itching around the vagina, lower abdominal ache, painful menstruation or bleeding during sexual intercourse. Now if the infection reaches up to the fallopian tubes, it causes a disease known as Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID). In case of unprotected oral sex, the bacteria causing this disorder, ‘Chlamydia Trachomatis’ might infect the throat as well.

Reasons Behind Chlamydia in Women:

  1. Being a sexually transmitted disease, Chlamydia gets passed on from one person to another through unprotected sex or through the contact with the genitals of an infected person.

  2. In some cases, infants are likely to inherit the disease from their mothers during birth, if she is already affected with it. Hence pre-natal checkups are essential for detection.

  3. Although very rare, this infection can affect the eyes as well via oral or genital contact.

How To Treat Chlamydia?

  1. The infection can be resolved within a couple of weeks with the use of antibiotics. Once it is diagnosed, the treatment course should start immediately. The widely used antibiotics for curing chlamydia are azithromycin and doxycycline. If you are breastfeeding or pregnant or suffering from any allergy, your doctor might prescribe erythromycin or amoxicillin. For severe complications, a longer course is administered. The treatment may induce mild side-effects in the form of vaginal thrush, sickness, diarrhea and tummy pain.

  2. Try and avoid any sort of sexual activity (intercourse or other activities) till the treatment is completely done and none of you show any other sign of the infection.
