My dentist said that there is no problem in teeth just some gum inflammation is there that's why he suggested me metrogyl gel.

Yes it could be just a gum infection that you are suffering from but if it persists please return to your dentist for the necessary treatment.

It is definitely a sign of gum disease and you need to get it checked as it could be anything else too.
