How to detox lungs and increase breathing capacity? I quited smoking 6 months ago.

Once you quit smoking your lungs start the detoxification process. Proper learning and regular practice of yogic techniques like sectional breathing and NAADISUDDI pranayama will increase your lung capacity and it has the capability to purify all the cells in your body.

And if I do intercourse, within few strokes I ejaculate. Me and my wife have tried very much for erection one more time. But does not happen. Dear Lybrate user. It sounds like you get overexcited whenever you initiate for sex. Due to anxious approach duration of Erection may be reduced. Try pranayama-yoga to reduce your anxiety levels. Lie closely to your wife but without touching as long as possible, engaging in romantic conversations, and though it is difficult to practice try it to remain without hip movement after insertion as long as possible. It needs great patience and cooperation from both of you. If all these don't work, there is a behavior technique called Senate focus exercises which can be taught through online, if you are interested.

About a year later. My have sudden mood changes. When I'm at school I'm a week student but suddenly sometimes I feel like energetic. Have a very powerful brain. Feeling very happy. Very social. Creative. At that time I can do mathematical calculations than the best students in the class. I feel like I'm a very clever student but that ability last only for about 10 or 30 minutes. After that I become a week student. As earlier I can't understand this. Please explain this to me?

Dear Lybrate user. Yours is not a big problem. Most of the teenagers undergo such mood swings as you experience due to sudden changes in the body, expectations from the people around you and ups and downs in your hormone levels. You can take help of your parents, teachers and significant others who are also your well-wishers, by talking about your problems and getting advice from them.

Dear Lybrate user. Since you are diagnosed (as you mentioned) having anxiety and depression disorder at the age 13, you may have to take the tablets prescribed by your doc. For a long time in order to get good results. Every human being has to experience some kind of anxiety/depressive mood, but in your case they exist a little bit higher in degree, that's all. Problems of anxiety/depressive disorders are now-a-days no big deal if properly treated and followed by the patient. Of course the medicines you are taking are good ones, but my suggestion is it is better to have psychotherapy (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in particular) in order to get better results. Don't lose hope. A combination of psychiatric medicines + Psychotherapy (CBT) + your will power and patience = Best results. Request your psychiatrist to find a Psychotherapist in your nearest locality.

I have smoking problem how should I stop this problem and also my penis is small how to big it.Please suggest me something.

Smoking is not only your problem, but also a global problem. I suggest you some practices to get rid of the habit. But it is only Your Own will power/fortitude/guts, say whatever it is, it will only lead you to success. 1)Announce a particular date (within a week) on which you are going to stop smoking, to all your friends, neighbors, family members etc., 2) Enjoy smoking as much as possible till that date, but with 100% consciousness (just like meditation you should concentrate only at the smoking activity itself). 3)Make some arrangements so that you and your family members, particularly your parents, should be inside your home for a few days(more is better). 4) Be psychologically prepared to face some mood changes like feeling of losing something, thoughts about life without smoking is not possible, even headache, constipation, restlessness etc., all these are withdrawal symptoms and only temporary. Will loose strength day after day. 5)On the particular day close yourself inside home and start meditating (recite the mantra "I WILL NEVER SMOKE EVEN AT THE COST OF MY DEATH' to yourself very strongly and repeatedly). For the next few days do nothing else except this meditation. You will have the positive energy to fight against the habit. And again, it's your strong will power that gives you what you want. Your second question, size of the penis doesn't matter, it matters only the Erection of the penis. Bcs even a two-inche erect penis is sufficient to satisfy a woman sexually. So nothing to worry about it.

I am a 22 years old male. College student. I was shy natured from the beginning but the shyness along with social anxiety has increased in last few years. Along with low self confidence and self esteem. My academic results are fairly good. I just want to change myself. I want to increase my communicational skills and reduce social anxiety. I think because I talk less I have less importance and it stops me from doing what I want to. How to stop these negativity and increase my social skill along with reduction of social anxiety?

It sounds good that you are well aware of your own personality and have taken initiative to change for the better. But it is a gradual process that takes time and efforts with patience. You can find a good counselor in Delhi who can provide proper training in overcoming your shyness and social anxiety, probably by means of a technic called CBT. If you're unable to afford to it, contact me through Lybrate's video counseling mode.

When I smoke my cigarette buds become red, what may be the reason? Is it anything serious?

It simply indicates that the same red stain goes into your lungs that poisons your whole body. Stay away from it.

It may be the manifestation of mild PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder). It also means that you have not vented out or expressed adequately the emotions related to that particular incident. Talking about it in detail with one who is your well-wisher repeatedly for a few times, may reduce that kind of symptoms.

Dear Lybrate user. Your goal itself seems to be self-contradictory. Doing medicine, but aiming at IAS. Off course, any degree is the qualification, but if you were clear about your goal you might have selected the suitable one in your UG. I mean, if you wanted to become a doctor, mbbs is OK. On the flip side, if you wanted to become an IAS you could have selected any other relevant degree in UG that could save time and energy which could be invested for IAS preparation. I. E, it will take 6 years to become a medical graduate. If you have chosen another 3-year degree, you can clear IAS within the same 6 years. Anyhow, nothing wrong has happened. I just want you to be more clear about where you are going and what your target is. Come through private consultations if you need more help.
