Hello lybrate-user, Before I answer your query I want you to understand first what is the role of dermaroller in your hair treatment. It actually acts as a medium for absorption of topical lotions into the superficial layer of the scalp. The efficacy or results of your treatment solely depends upon the lotion which your doctor is trying to infuse in with the help of a dermaroller. Also you need to understand first whether you are suffering from a reversible or irreversible baldness problem. If you are suffering from a reversible problem then this treatment might help in regrowth depending on the topical lotion used. However if you are suffering from an irreversible condition then definitely this approach wouldn't help you. For irreversible baldness problems you can maximum expect improvement in the thickness of your hair or growth of fine vellous hair (baby hair) which never grows in length or thickness. First understand your hair problem and its causative factors and work on them as well or else this treatment will turn out to be a temporary relief with no results over a long term. About balayam if you have the time then go ahead doing it but along with following above things as mentioned. Hope this helps you:)

I have pain in my left leg from two years. For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Back. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation.

Ra if has been ruled out by ra factor, then you must consider doing anti ccp antibody. Ra factor is variably positive from 20% to 70% in people having rhuematoid arthritis. Also consider having vitamin d levels. Levels less than 25 might need supplements and might be the cause of pain.

Do not use extra salt in your food as higher values of sodium (from salt) than the recommended daily value can lead to hair loss. Also, always use iodized salt. Iodine is an important nutrient for hair growth. Sea food is also a good and natural source of iodine.

My hair are not so dense and are very thin. You can apply coconut oil and massage into scalp for at least 30 minutes. Mix coconut and castor oil and apply this to scalp every alternate days. Dont use chemical shampoos instead you can try baby shampoos as they are mild or a herbal hair cleanser
