Dear Lybrate user, Firstly, you have to accept the fact that you have a chronic disease that can't be cured (at least for the time being), at the same time it can be controlled to a great extent by continuous medical treatment. Yes, acceptance dissolves. Secondly, it's the need of the hour to modify your lifestyle and career path as well, after assessment of yourself entire personality and limitations. Don't loose heart. Hi, I feel low most of the time, sometimes it's okay. Getting out of bed in morning and going to work is becoming different every day. I feel I am not happy most of the times. All I could see in dark sometimes. Sometimes I am hopeful that some good will happen. All of a sudden I become teary eyes for no reason or for very small things. I feel like going to hibernate mode for some time and skip everything.

Dear lybrate user, The problems may arise from your biological changes (hormonal imbalance) or immaturity in areas of interpersonal relationships or unrealistic expectations of your role in the family from your kith and kin. Talking about your problems with your parents/Teachers/Other well-wishers may help you to cope with your problems in a better way.

Baxidep cr 12.5 or Leparox 12.5 can be substituted. If these are unavailable ask for any brand consisting of paroxetine - this is the name of the chemical in pexpep.

Hi, I want to know that Sizodon 1 mg and Sizodon MD 1 mg is same medicine or there is any difference?

M.Sc - Applied Psychology, P.G.Dip.in Guidance &Counselling, B.A., Psychology, Dip.in Pharmacy, 6-month Internship, Diploma in Mental Health care & Counseling

Dear lybrate user, There is no difference in their mechanism of action. Sizodon is absorbed in the stomach and intestines before getting into blood stream whereas sizodon MD dissolves in the mouth itself and works the same way as sizodon does, if it is put in the mouth. Nothing to worry. Both are same.

Dear Lybrate user, I can understand how badly you are affected by your present condition. But I think you are over estimating that you are being rejected by your kith and kin. This attitude will lead you to poor self esteem and automatically you start reject yourself and to worsening of your physical problem. You do need counseling at first and there are a number of treatment methods both in modern medicine and alternative medicines. Don't loose heart, since you are young, the chances of rehabilitation and back to normal life is bright.
