Malignant fibrous Histiocytoma also known as pleomorphic undifferentiated sarcoma and fibrosarcoma is a soft tissue tumour or sarcoma. Patients would have painless lumps on the affected area. Fatigue and weight loss is observed in some patients in the advanced stages of this disease.

Diagnosis of the condition requires an MRI however, a biopsy is important for definitive diagnosis.

An oncology condition, the treatment involves radiation which follows a surgical excision. Unresectable or inoperable lung metastasis may be treated with stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) with excellent local control.
