Hi, U are over weight by 25 kg, causing breathing problem during climbing upstairs . Go for reduction of your weight first. Go for a brisk walk in d morning. Take, plenty of water. Your diet b splitter into 6 parts on small intervals. Consume, Apples, carrots,cheese,almonds, walnuts,spinach, bottle gourds. Opt cycling, swimming , gardening. Take homoeo medicine: @ Phytolacca berryQ- 10 drops, thrice a day with lukewarm water before meals. Report, fortnightly. Take, care.

Change your life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods, alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . one important that is take 1 glass of water before bed at night. Because it protect from heart fail during sleep at night.

Crush up aspirin and mix it into water to form a paste, put it on your face and let it dry as a face mask, then rinse it off. It dries up acne, healing it at the source. 20. Apple cider vinegar works as a toner to help clear your skin by balancing your pH level.

You are in the age of 21 that's why its more harmful you should not do it given reality that its brings weakness. Your still be some more years till the age of 24 in developing duration. If you masturbate you will be in plucking your youth flower in the bud. So kindly may understand the situation. Impression should not do masturbation.

Exercise and sports stimulate the release of growth hormone that contributes to your height. To enjoy good height, you must exercise regularly and take part in sports activities. One good exercise to increase height is skipping where you need to jump a lot. Do skipping for at least 30 minutes each day in an open area. Holding on to a horizontal bar and hanging with your spine stretched out is another effective exercise to facilitate height gain. Stay in the position for 10 seconds and repeat at least six times daily. Plus, play games like tennis and basketball that require you to jump a lot. This will help increase your height and also help in maintaining ideal body weight. Also indulge in outdoor activities, like cycling and swimming, on a regular basis to enjoy good height and a toned body.

1.Eat high fibre diet like fruits, vegetables, beans, broccoli, cabbage, boiled/sprouted moong dal, whole grain bread, brown rice, cereals, pasta, multi grain chapatti, oats, fruits 2.Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish, chicken. 3.Eat on schedule 4.Drink plenty of water, 8-10 glasses daily, Avoid alcohol/caffeine 5.Take regular physical exercise 6. Stick to a regular timing for going to toilet. 7.Take 2 tsf of softovac SF/Naturolax powder with warm water at bed time or syrup Duphalac 15 ml twice daily for few days 8.If you have chronic constipation, you may have to do colonoscopic examination after consulting gastroenterologist.
