It may be due normal or pathological reasons which can be either treated or not. Get proper dental check up done.

Its high tine to visit dentist now and get deep scaling and root planing done as it is injurious for gum tissues.

Get proper check up done. Scaling and root planing should be done. If still teeth are too yellowish get bleaching done.
