Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

I have zero libido and erection. Currently I am on following medicine for Anxiety Nexito 10 one OD Sulpitac 50 one OD Nano Leo 1 cap OD after cap 1 OD Felicita OD cap Clonazepam 0.25 SOS I also take Metpure XL 25 mg for hypertension I also take Thyronorm 100 mg daily My TSH is 5 and testosterone total is 260. Is this level of testosterone low or normal. My LSH, prolactin are normal What can be the cause of low libido and erection and what is the treatment.

Home Remedy- 1-Onion is very good vegetable to treat sexual impotence. It increases libido and strengthens reproducing organs. White onions are best for this purpose. 2-Take about 5-10 gm root powder of Ladyfinger in a glass of milk. Add 2 tsp of mishri in this milk and drink it. This will prove helpful in improving sexual vigour. Treatment- apply pranacharya gopal oil on your penis and give a massage. It will strengthen your nerves and erection power will get better.

I have burning when I urinate and also some pain and my urine is drak in in colour. What is the cause.

Hi, I had my ovulation date on 17th June and had intercourse on 18th and 19th. As advised by my doctor, I started with Miprogen from 20th. The medicine was advised to be taken till 4th. However today morning I had blackish red blood discharge and hoping it to be my periods. Should I continue the medicine till tomorrow or stop it? Please advise.

It could be due to fungal Infection Thigh 1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 2.. Take one tablet of levocetrizine(5mg) at bed time if itching is severe 3.Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply talcum powder in the area 4.Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one 5. Sometimes I feel burning and itching on the opening of my penis, pain in testicles and lower abdomen and itching in the opening of anus. What is this symptoms for?

These are two different conditions. Genital tract infection may cause pain in urethral opening, testicular pain and pain abdomen. Itching at anus is because of pinworm infestation.

These days my mother in law sugar level is normal so doctor say take medicine alternate day or when you need today she is not feeling well, we check sugar level it is 288 after one hour of meal but the problem is doctor prescribed sugar medicine before meal now what to do. Do not worry, write details of medicine she is taking along with f/pp sugar level. On private consultation she need s doses readjustments. Do 1.no alcohol 2. Reduce body wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Take fenugreek seed's powder 3 teaspoon twice a day with lunch and dinner or soak around 15 gm fenugreek seeds twice daily in water for around 6 hours and eat it, do not throw it's water.

It will control your blood sugar very soon and will lower your need of anti-diabetic medicines and it is very good to reduce cholesterol and good for digestion also.

Follow few basic things so that you get better results in short period of time…. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day. 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …. 6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning. You may feel breathlessness, easily tired or may have cardiac pain. 1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3.
