Use hot water fomentation on knees and also start doing exercises for knee joint like knee press with towel, heel raise etc. Also meet physiotherapist for pain relief and to strengthen knee joints.

Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned please do a clinical examination by your local doctor Neurologist and to confirm exact cause do few investigations like cbc with differential and one MRI scan and if it is confirmed as a migraine then you can discuss preventive medication like Amitriptyline-25 mg once a day at bedtime and follow few lifestyle modifications like this - 1) Avoid triggers. If certain foods or odors seem to have triggered your Migraines in the past, avoid them. 2) Try to reduce your caffeine intake and avoid tobacco. 3) Try to establish a daily routine with regular sleep patterns and regular meals. In addition, try to control stress. 4) Do exercise regularly. Regular aerobic exercise reduces tension and can help prevent Migraines. If your doctor agrees, choose any aerobic exercise you enjoy, including walking, swimming, and cycling. Warm up slowly, however, because sudden, intense exercise can cause headaches. 5) Obesity is also thought to be a factor in Migraine headaches, and regular exercise can help you maintain a healthy weight or lose weight. 6) Try to avoid or reduce the medications you take that contain estrogen-like contraceptive pills. Wear good footwear. Walking 30 min per day. Do regular cardio exercises. Eat in short intervals and more of salad ,soup and juices. Do ankle stretching and strengthening exercises like up and down, rotations, stretching with cloth on ankle. Writing alphabet with ankle. Do hot fomentation and apply any pain killer gel. Don't sit or stand for long hours.

It's not advisable to create unnecessary compression over the disc lesions, start physiotherapy asap along with medications to support the nerves, rest, analgesics are important.

Do some tests like ECG and 2 d echo first, it maybe due to gases or indigestion or hyperacidity, but you should rule out any heart problem also.

Get check for vit D3 and B12 and haemoglobin. Do regular exercises. Don't sleep on left side turn. Drink lots of water.
