you can go for a percutaneous baloon decompression which is done on day care basis or a surgery known as micro vascular decompression which is very major surgery but i think you should get your medications reorganised and try once more before going for surgery

My father met an accident a week ago he fell from bike .and get injured he had injury in head. After seeing c.t scan doctor said there is little clotting in left frontal lobe. But my father acts very strange he doesn't recognize us generally .he gets very aggressive sometime. Especially when he is not allowed to do something. Let me mention the c.t scan report. It was. Haemorrhagic contusion in left frontal lobe everything else is normal.

Fellowship in Endoscopic Neurosurgery , M.Ch - Neuro Surgery, MS - General Surgery, MBBS
Neurosurgeon, Lucknow
Left frontal lobe is the part responsible for personality and social behaviour. Injury to this part causes these symptoms. Most of this would recover with time. Sometimes psychiatric medicines need to be given for some time. Its nothing serious. I wish him speedy recovery.

My Aunt collapsed on 11 Sep and was reverted back after CPR in hospital she is in coma and doctors state the word hypoxia and is not getting back to senses to little extent After diagnosis CT and MRI the doctors identified initial cause to be pulmonary embolism which caused the seziure she is on complete ventilator support will she recovery and if yes how long.

Fellowship in Endoscopic Neurosurgery , M.Ch - Neuro Surgery, MS - General Surgery, MBBS
Neurosurgeon, Lucknow
Usually the improvement in hypoxic brain injury is not very good. These patients stay on ventilation until they start breathing on their own properly.

I am a 67 Years old male suffering from Migraines for the last 42 Years. 3 months back, my doctor has prescribed HEADSET for the same. It is working alright, but I feel lot of weakness after taking this. What are the long term effects of this tablet, and how safe it is?

Fellowship in Endoscopic Neurosurgery , M.Ch - Neuro Surgery, MS - General Surgery, MBBS
Neurosurgeon, Lucknow
Not very safe for long term use. It is a medicine supposed to be taken in emergency otherwise you need to take regular medicines to prevent headaches from happening.

My Father has, Brain Tumor of grade 3 malignant - anaplastic astrocytoma in left side of brain. And due to that right part of body (hand, leg, speech) is not working. And also risk of limited life span. Do your ayurveda have any treatment.

Fellowship in Endoscopic Neurosurgery , M.Ch - Neuro Surgery, MS - General Surgery, MBBS

Some conditions don't have any ayurveda treatments. Go for surgery followed by radiattion. If you waste time on traditional therapies tumor will keep on increasing. Kindly come on private chat with reports for detailed discussion.
