Yes you should avoid regular painkillers as in the long run they cause kidney damage and fluid retention. So you should take it sos (as and when needed) and should avoid regular intake. Besides it is better to treat the cause of pain rather than painkillers. Regards.

The serially increasing creatinine level indicates worsening kidney disease and as of now, it is not a ckd. Symptoms develop slowly and aren't specific to the disease. Some people have no symptoms at all and are diagnosed by a lab test. Medication helps manage symptoms. In later stages, filtering the blood with a machine (dialysis) or a transplant may be required.
