Dear patient I am a allopathy doctor. I would advise you to go for IME9. As long as your HbA1c remain below 6.5 there is no problem. it's better if you can manage your diabetes on both medicines. some modifications will be required. Regards

I have diabetes detected 8-9 months ago when it was 300-350 levels. I started treatment and got controlled till the level of 150, however it was not a consistent level. It was fluctuating all the time and shot up with small diet imbalance. Now my H1PAC is 9.5. Medicined has stopped working since last 30-40 days and my blood sugar level is around 200+ fasting and 300-3500 pp. Getting weaker day by day and lost around 6-7 kg in last 30-40 days. Now my age is 31 and weight is only 54 kg. initially doctor confirmed that it is type 2 however he had his doubts also. I do not have any kind of diabetes history in maternal or paternal side even as of now. Please suggest what to do as I am worried. I got married two months ago. Doctor suggested me to take insulin if medicine do not work anymore. Should I take insulin for some time to control the blood sugar level and if yes then how much dose should I take. Also suggest me the process how to inject it and how many times in a day. Also tell me if it is curable going forward. Can I become normal or like normal. Thank you.

Dear patient Treatment of diabetes needs careful monitoring and regular follow up. The technique needs physical demo. The insulin doses needs frequent titration till your sugar levels settle down. For all above you have to consult your nearby diabetologist. For second opinion you may consult me on private chat. Regards.

Is it possible to cure Juvenile diabetic. My brother 20 years old is suffering from Juvenile diabetic type 2. Being so young its very difficult for him to take insulin every time, also its painful to see a young kid taking injections twice everyday. If he miss even a single dose of it, his condition gets worst. I need to know if there is any other cure/treatment possible, at least where he can avoid injections on compulsory basis. Also, which is the best hospital / institute in India for his treatment. Since we are from chhattisgarh, health treatment is not so advanced. Any help would will helpful. Thank you.

Dear Patient The Juvenile Type 2 is rare in our country. However it is becoming common in western counties. Your brother needs insulin from beginning that means his pancreas is unable to produce sufficient insulin. Diabetes as you know can be controlled but can not get cured totally. Please don't waste his health in hands of quacks. You can show him to diabetologist at higher center. Regards.

Dear patient this is actually a nutritional suppplement and vitamin used to treat or prevent the medical conditions that can occur if you are deficient in these vital nutrients.  Thus, the effects of long-term use have not been studied, however, they are generally considered safe, as long as you are not taking extremely high doses.  Regards.

Hello Heart check up for Diabetic patients is very important. You should carry out heart check up annually. In your case if you feel chest pain and ECG shows normal findings; discuss with your doctor about carrying out treadmill test or exercise tolerance test to know how much blood flow reaches to your heart. Regards.
