How to remain healthy both mentally and physically?
For physical health as follows: 1. Stay active. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 3-4 days a week. Work out all parts of your body, not just cardio. 2. Eat healthy food. Cut down on red meats and increase the amount of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Consider following a vegetarian diet. Avoid saturated fat, salt, and sugars. It's ok to reward yourself every now and then with that slice of cake, but don't eat the whole cake. 3. Eat smaller portions. Portion sizes served in restaurants are much larger than what our bodies actually need and what is healthy. Get out of the habit of feeling that you always have to finish your plate. 4. Sleep. Sleep can add up to 11 years of your life. The amount of sleep you need varies between people, but most people need to get at least get 6-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night in order to function at their highest capacity. There are no rules to this, so if you need 10 hours of rest to feel good the next day, then that's what you need to do. The consequences of not getting enough sleep include feeling poorly, working inefficiently, weakening your immune system, and even depression. If you have trouble sleeping, here are some tips on how to sleep better. 5. Boost your immune system. Make sure you get all the essential vitamins. For vegetarians, b & d vitamins can be hard to get (there is no source of vitamin b12 in a vegan diet), as well as zinc and iron. Consider taking a daily multivitamin. Vitamin c & zinc are also important for your immune system, and eating a balanced diet will ensure that you take in a sufficient amount. 6. Practice good hygiene. Brush your teeth at least twice a day, and don't skip flossing! wash your hands regularly, and shower no more than once daily. 7. Drink water. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day is the minimum. Don't wait until you feel thirsty, because at that point your body may already be dehydrated. Get in the habit of carrying a bottle of water with you at all times. For mental health: 1. Control your reactions. In place of an outburst, try doing a simple breathing exercise. 2. Be alert and focused. Integrate the concept of keeping your eye on the ball into your daily life by training your mind to concentrate on what you are doing at that moment. Don't let your mind take you away from the present. When you let your mind wander into worrying about past or future events, you add to your stress and anxiety and take away from efficiency. 3. Don't dwell on your mistakes. Try to take note of what you think went wrong so that you don't make the same mistake again later. 4. Recognize your achievements and don't discount them. When you accomplish something, be proud. Instead of having thoughts like" I should have done better" think" I did great, i'm awesome" 5. Make time to relax. Take a few minutes a day to do some yoga or meditation. 6. Share your feelings with others. Don't keep your emotions locked up inside or you run the risk of doing further emotional damage to yourself. 7. Be mindful of your relationships with others. Be loving and respectful of others. Don't bring people down. Do your best to resolve conflicts that you have with others in your life.

If you have a stuffy nose, rinse sinuses with saline before bed. Using a neti pot, nasal decongestant, or nasal strips can also help you breathe more easily while sleeping. If you have allergies, reduce dust mites and pet dander in your bedroom or use an allergy medication. Keep bedroom air moist. Dry air can irritate membranes in the nose and throat, so if swollen nasal tissues are the problem, a humidifier may help. Change your sleeping position. Elevating your head four inches may ease breathing and encourage your tongue and jaw to move forward. There are specially designed pillows available to help prevent snoring by making sure your neck muscles are not crimped. Sleep on your side instead of your back. Try attaching a tennis ball to the back of a pajama top or t-shirt. (you can sew a sock to the back of your top then put a tennis ball inside.) if you roll over onto your back, the discomfort of the tennis ball will cause you to turn back onto your side. Alternatively, wedge a pillow stuffed with tennis balls behind your back. After a while, sleeping on your side will become a habit and you can dispense with the tennis balls.

Dear patient, calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. butter, margarine should be taken. Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body.try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. you should eat more food at each meal. Hello, kindly follow health advice given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Kindly go for cbc test and see a physician for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

Apple Cider Vinegar does help in fat loss if your diet is clean and you exercise well. Yes good fats help in fat reduction when taken in the right quantity. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. The reason you are unable to sit for anywhere is due to the fact that along with back pain few people suffer from a condition called Coccydynia. The lower end of the vertebral column is inflamed and that bone is called coccyx bone and the condition is called Coccydynia. The conservative management would be to keep ice in that inflamed area during one time in a day and also to sit in a hot water bowl where the penetration of the heat would help to reduce the inflammation. And to reduce the weight falling on the inflammed surface we suggest patients to use air cushion pillow (also called as doughnut pillow) where in the buttock's weight will not fall exactly on the painful tail bone and that would automatically reduce the pain.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Follow this diet plan. Weight Loss Diet Program You must drink 10 glasses of water each day Day One?All fruits except bananas. Your first day will consist of all the fruits you want. It is strongly suggested that you consume lots of melons the first day. Especially watermelon and a loupe. If you limit your fruit consumption to melons, your chances of losing three lbs. On first day are very good. Day Two?All vegetables. You are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with all the raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. There is no limit on the amount or type. For your complex carbohydrate, you will start day two with a large baked potato for breakfast. You may top the potato with one pat of butter. Day Three?A mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice. Any amount, any quantity. No bananas yet. No potatoes today. Day Four?Bananas and milk. Today you will eat as many as eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. This will be combined with the special soup which may be eaten in limited quantities. Day Five?Today is feast day. Peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If you’re trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. Did you get checked for any hormonal imbalance, I would suggest you visit an endocrinologist to diagnose & treat any underlying cause as laser will reduce the thickness of the hair but if you have any imbalance, treatment should be taken to control further growth.
