Last December I fell something was blasting in my stomach and then I fell burning in my chest as well as in my stomach. I visit to hospital where doctors says it's gas no need to worry. Also my right side of stomach chest as well as my back was paining. After when I discharged from hospital in midnight I fell very uncomfortable and fear. Then I go to HYDERABAD for treatment in ASIAN INSTITUTE OF GASTROENTEROLOGY. Where my endoscopy is doing blood test and chest X-ray. Doctors see the report and tell me that it's gas no need to worry. In January I visit to Hyderabad. But after April I fell stomach pain bloating and acidity sometime. Why? I was a very heavy smoker but I quit smoking in march. Is this happening due to quitting smoking or anything else? Please tell me is this normal or anything else? Two times my endoscopy is done but report is normal. I only take pentadoc tab. Then why I fell stomach pain, sometimes acidity, rarely chest pain and bloating. I am heavy smoker but in march 2017 I quit smoking is there is any problem related to quitting smoking? I am very thankful for doctors giving me suggestions, reason and how I recover from this? Sometimes I fell breathless and very panic fear. My heart pumps rapidly and I am gonna fell very fear that time. Why?

As the reports are normal your problem is only anxiety. It is good that you quit smoking and do not start again. You practice mind control and do meditaion and yoga.

To reduce belly fat you have to take highly nutritious diet with good protein content in it. At the same time you also have to do walking/jogging & abdomen crunches to reduce belly size. Avoid food with high fat content.

hi your height will increase till 25 yr old take following remedies 1.flax seed powder 2 tsp before lunch and dinner with warm water 2. lakshadi guggul 2 tab before lunch and dinner 3.ashwagandha powder 1 tsp with milk empty stomach in the morning exercise 1. surya namaskar 2.pull-ups 3.skiping 4.swimming do one of them exercise

I feel some pain when i press my brest and when i sleep in turn way that is breast gets pushed to the pain i fell some pain nd i feel the upper part of the breast a bit hard on both the sides ,under the breast its soft again i am worried this please suggest me some thing

Mam this most likely fibroadenosis and nothing to worry about get a sonomammography done( not xray mammography) try massaging with xylocaine jelly and cap evion and primosa once a day for a week

Complaints of headache, body pain, severe joint pains and painful joint movements may be symptoms of simple viral fever or Chikangunya. This requires good rest, plenty of oral liquid and pain killers like Paracetamol 50 mg 3 times a day. If no relief you should see a doctor for proper clinical examination and Diagnosis.

Digestive system impaires due to wrong food habit. Follow a balanced diet. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Take plenty of fruits, vegetables. Drink lots of water about 3 lit/day. Take more meat, liver, egg, soy, dairy products, fortified cereal, fortified orange to fulfill the vitamin b12 requirements.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling dizziness & weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

About 80 percent of people complain about back pain at some point in their life. And, the main reason for back pain is ignorance. If you go through evolution, it took five and a half million years for humans to straighten their spine and stand upright yet till today we lack the understanding using our spine properly.
Back muscles are the weakest of all groups of muscles but they play a very important role in every physical activity we perform. So, you have to be conscious about what activity can hurt your back and cause a problem.

1. Maintain a good posture: The starting point of every problem related to the back is bad posture. Slouching and walking, hunching when you sit, contracting the spine inwards, twisting the upper body in an awkward position, etc are all signs of developing a back pain. Here?s more information on bad postures that can affect your health.
Be aware of your posture, stand upright when you walk, keep you back rested when you sit, avoid slouching and you will never have a back problem. If you have a habit of slouching, tell you friends, family members or colleagues to remind you about it.
2. Lose some weight: The fact is that our spine has not developed to an extent that we can bear extra weight without experiencing strain. So, if you are obese or overweight, losing weight is a must. You can either join a gym or do aerobic exercises at home or join a zumba class, but starting shedding those extra pounds today. If you want something more effective, here are 12 yoga poses that can help you in weight loss.
3. Stretching and developing a strong core:
Stretching you back muscles is a good way to prevent back pain. Especially, people who sit in front of the computer for hours together should stretch a bit during their mini-breaks at work.
The muscles around your abdomen are called core muscles (abs). These muscles are the main support of your spine. If your core is strong then your back will never cause any problem at all. There are various ways to develop core muscles. You can check out this video for developing core muscles.
4. Lift carefully:
Seriously, if you know how to lift things properly, you can prevent back pain 90 percent of the times. Never bend jerkily to lift anything. Ensure that your feet are apart about the width of your shoulder, bend both the knees and then lift things. If you are lifting something heavy, tuck your tummy in (just as you do while zipping a tight pair of jeans) before you lift it.
5. Avoid stretching to reach out for things:
People often go out of their comfort zone and stretch in an awkward position to reach out for things like a pen, file or telephone receiver. Stop being lazy! Getting up and walking a few steps to grab what you want is not going to take ages. It will instead prevent you from hurting your back.
6. Avoid wearing high heels
: Women who wear stilettos or boxy high heeled uncomfortable shoes, sandals regularly are bound to get lower back pain. According to body mechanics and physics, when you stand barefoot, you are perpendicular to the floor. When you wear high heels, your body should ideally tilt in the forward direction. But you can?t walk like that. So your body is forced to make several adjustments in the spine, knee and hip joints, and head in order to make you walk straight. The higher your heel, the more pressure is exerted on your back?the earlier you will experience back pain. Wearing comfortable flat shoes or sport shoes is the best way to prevent back pain in women. 7. Avoid excessive weight lifting:
If women make poor choices for their back by wearing high heels, men are no smarter. Lifting too much of heavy weights in the gym is not going to bulge out your arms in a day. It will happen gradually. So, understand the limitations of your body and respect it.
8. Quit smoking:
This goes for both men and women. Smoking is the most effective and probably the fastest way to damage your spine. Studies have shown that spinal discs get degenerated very quickly in smokers than in non-smokes. Moreover, people who smoke have a poor healing capacity. So, in case you smoke and undergo a spine surgery, it will take much longer for you to recover. Here are more reasons for you to quit smoking.
9. Beware of risks while driving or riding:
If you have ever taken a riskshaw to reach your destination, you know exactly what ?risks while riding? means. Thanks to the innumerable pot holes and construction sites everywhere, travelling is as good as inviting back pain. But, you yourself can minimize the risk to a great extent. While taking a bumpy ride in a rickshaw, tighten your core muscles to reduce strain on the back. Whenever you?re driving, especially bike, slow down before a speed breaker. Wear a seat belt while driving a car.
10. Good sleeping posture:
Several studies have been carried out to identify the best sleeping posture. A health spine alignment such that there is minimal strain on muscles, ligament and tendons is extremely important to prevent back pain.
The starfish position is the best sleeping posture that can keep you away from back pain. In a starfish position, you lie down on your back keeping your arms and legs a bit apart. Ensure your pillow is not too high.
Sleeping on the sides is also a good posture, unless you contract yourself like a fetus. If you want to sleep on the sides, ensure your legs are straight in alignment with your spine.

1.Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2.Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3.Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4.Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5.Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6.Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

I've heard its not possible to increase height after the growth plates are closed. But a random doctor's blog suggested me that its just one of the factor influencing height. But we can increase height considering other factors if we work hard. Would yoga and exercise help to increase height even after growth plates are closed? Please suggest.

yes Sanjna its true that yoga exercises and proper healthy diet can increase height after growth plates are closed but its depend on age.. Ensuring that you're getting all the vitamins and minerals your body requires will help you grow to your full height. take carbohydrates and calories for that is where the body gains its energy to grow. Get plenty of calcium Taking 500 mg of niacin has shown to significantly increase growth hormone levels only when taken on an empty stomach. Get sufficient vitamin D... Take in lots of protein.. Up your zinc intake... Eat on a regular schedule. You should be eating 3 meals a day, with small snacks between breakfast and lunch, and lunch and dinner. Try to schedule these events at roughly the same time each day.

I am 33 years old married female, have polysystic ovaries, no thyroid, cholestorel, but have unwanted hair on face and black spots on both the arms which also has undergrowth hair. Should I do hcg test? have been taking glycomet 1gm from past 1 year, should I continue taking the medicine? no kids yet but want to conceive. Yes, continue with glycomet and exercise daily for atleast half an hour and you can go for laser treatment for excessive hair. Kindly consult further for detailed assessment and treatment for pcod.

According to ayurveda white hair are mainly to to pitt. Firstly you have to stop causative factors like sour salty spicey food curd day sleep improper diet acidity & gas more exposure to sun lack of vitamins & other nutrients anger & stress due to previous illness etc. 1st try to avoid these factors use cow ghee & milk in diet avoid sour buttermilk & curd use trichup shampoos & medicated oil like keshraksha or nilibhrungadi tail avoid direct sun & air take proper diet we generally start 3 treatment together 1. Medicine for root cause & hair tonic 2. Shirodhara with medicated oil 3. Nashya tretment.

Hi a) take 30 ml of audumbaravleha and 2 tablets of vasantkusumakar rasa in morning on empty stomach. B) take 30 ml of rubyclean liquid after meals c) take 1 tsf of haridra khand after meals. D) take 1 tablet of gandharwa-haritaki vati before dinner do all these things for 30 days. It gives you good result. Thanks.
