Hi lybrate-user children during hot summer days prefer liquid food and fruit juices to solids of parents preference. It is not bad. Rather fluids and fruits are the recommended food for children in hot days. But this kind of food habbits should notbe the order the day through out the year. You pls encourage years son to take fresh friuit as a whole instead of juices of high calories with added sugars and syrups. We need to respect the likes and dislikes of children. Avoid squashes during meal time. Coax years child to take some high protein diet like eggs or diary products first with promise that he would be permitted to eat fresh fruits after this. So do not loose heart, be moderate in approach to teach and discilpline your child.

Your life will not suffer in anyway by donating one kidney and yes you can get pregnant like a normal girl and you can live for 100 years a normal life, example is our ex pm shri. Bajpai who has only 1 kidney.

Hello lybrate-user Firstly to get the most out of flax seeds, it should be grounded ,you can take 1/2 - 1 tsp in the morning with water ot can store in air right container after roasting and can use it on salads or yoghurt for seasonings.

Few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly.

It should be 4000-11000/cubic mm of blood Less than 4000 means you are body's immunity is low and you are prone to infection

Stop skipping your meals and do not fast. Effects are weight gain, acidity issues and you feel lathargic.

I use to eat eggs a lott, but now it pains a lott even if I eat some eatable which contains eggs in it. Of I eat eggs weather its boiled or omelette it pain a lott in my stomach which remain for at least a day. Please suggest what should I do.

Hi take chitrakadi vati and shool vajrini tab 1-1 tab after lunch and dinner....take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day......and pranacharya live cure capsule twice a day..avoid spicy food and non vegetarian...

Hye. Thankyou for the query. Supplementation totally depends on your present food intake and activity level and, or stress levels etc. Supplementation is considered if your body is deficient in a nutrient, you have a medical condition that needs supplementation or your needs are high. Just adding a supplement does not help gain health. Even if you were to take it, your diet needs to be right, or the supplement is not of much help. Assess your requirements, improve your lifestyle and the supplement will help.
