Hello you need not worry. You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato etc. Include green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Thank you.

Hello lybrate-user Hair fall problems can be due to various reasons. They can be reversible or they can be irreversible in nature. As you have shifted to a new location your hair fall problems could be due to change in water, change in climatic condition, your adaptation to a new place could also give your hair fall problems. Make sure that there is no hard water as this can also cause hair fall problems. kindly take avipattikara choorna, 1 tsf in hlaf a glass of warm water before meals, twice a day. Take gandaka rasyana tabs, 4 tabs twice a day after meals with lodhrasava , 3 tsfd in half a glass of warm water after meals. Apply kumkumadi lepam cream, after washing your face with herbal face wash, twice a day. Make sure your sleep 7 to 8 hrs at night regularly. Stop cold eatables and cold water in your diet, Cut down sugar and salt in your diet. Continue the regime for a month. good luck

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Hello Priya, Any one who starts greying before the age of 30 years is suppose to be suffering from a premature greying of hair problem and definitely needs to get started with treatment. It's good to have green leafy vegetables as it helps in improving your iron stores which helps in solving greying problem which is due to iron deficiency. Premature greying can be due to many reasons like nutritional deficiencies, exposure to chemicals, genetics, thyroid problems, stress etc which needs to be considered while solving and a detailed history can be of great help in your case. Take measures like having right kind of diet and following a de-stressing activity. Follow right kind of life style including sleeping habits. There are certain supplements which can help in controlling your greying problem. Hope this helps. : )

1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

This involves long term treatment and he must also get counseling from a professional. He can be taught about handling his feelings particularly fear, and to distinguish reality from fiction. This may take a lot of time but the slow process is better to develop trust. He should be taken for regular exercise, and put on a tight program of interesting activities and productive functions. The more one can get him out of his disturbed mind by distracting things to do the result will be very useful. The consistent use of the medication will gradually subdue him from any violent outbursts and make him more amenable to therapy. Even if that does not get the desired outcomes then consult with the doctor to treat him with a course of ECTs or electroconvulsive therapy. The ECTs are a last resort and is decided by the doctor only. If you let him be idle or let him decide what he is willing to do, he will rule you all completely and will not be functional. So at any cost do not let him choose and you may have to force him to comply with the therapeutic needs. If all of this fails, then you may have to look at institutionalizing him, which is a tough call but may become absolutely necessary.

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.
