Dear user, go for xray of the knee joint. If reports are clear wear knee cap. Take inferential and ultrasonic therapy to reduce pain. Or apply heat fermentation twice a day for 15 days. Keep rolled towel under knee and press it gently for 10 mins repeat it twice day.

A ‪#‎joint‬ is where two or more bones come together, like the ‪#‎knee‬, ‪#‎hip‬, ‪#‎elbow‬, or ‪#‎shoulder‬. Joints can be damaged by many types of injuries or ‪#‎diseases‬, including
1. ‪#‎Arthritis‬ - inflammation of a joint. It causes pain, stiffness, and swelling. Over time, the joint can become severely damaged.
2. ‪#‎Bursitis‬ - inflammation of a fluid-filled sac that cushions the joint.
3. ‪#‎Dislocations‬ - injuries that force the ends of the ‪#‎bones‬ out of position
Treatment of ‪#‎JointProblems‬ depends on the cause. If you have a ‪#‎SportsInjury‬, treatment often begins with the RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation) method to relieve pain, reduce swelling, and speed healing. Other possible treatments include pain relievers, keeping the injured area from moving, rehabilitation, and sometimes surgery. For arthritis, injuries, or other diseases, you may need joint replacement surgery to remove the damaged joint and put in a new one.

do test for uric acid ,urea,s.calcium, till then you can take tab. combiflaim sos. IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consult doctor on time.

By placing your hand behind your back, the tendons of the rotator cuff come out from hiding underneath the shoulder bone called the scapula. Use a Thicker Pillow: Many people sleep on their sides. If a pillow is too thin, then the neck and shoulder are poorly supported when sleeping on your side. A good, thick, supportive pillow can make a huge difference when trying to solve shoulder pain.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Greetings doctor. 10 days back when I was sitting down some breakage sound came in my left side of left leg knee. And 2 days after the knee started swelling and pain was also there. And I used pain killers for that. I consulted orthopaedic doctor. He said some infection is there. He gave some tablets and injections. While using them no pain and swelling was there. But now the tablets are over. And knee started swelling again. What happened to knee?

Seems you need an MRI or atleast an X-ray, apart from few blood tests to rule out for ligament tear, muscle rupture or a hair line fracture. Get these done and get back to us for further advice on this.

Its a tenderness and may be due to wrong sleeping postures you are having this pain or might be due to something else like long hours use of phone etc. You can any muscle relaxant medicine plus hot fomentation.

I am 19 year old female. I got straightening therapy done last year. I have got some curls back, at the roots but not exactly my natural hair. Would you recommend if I get my hair straightened again, for a year or so? Some say that two kinds of chemicals will be used. Yes, they are right, you will need to rebond your hair. Half curly and half straight hair look very odd. Your natural hair will start growing and straight hair will keep coming down, you need to get rebounding done and straightening on the new hair (that the salon people will guide you).

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Report after 5 days.
