Immediately after gym you should have carbs rich foods along with protein. You can take whey protein or any other nutritional supplement. Do exercise like yoga, push ups, plank etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Avoid smoking, alcohol.

You need a immediate health check ups. Along with this follow these. Take more foods more frequently. Do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Add ghee, butter etc with foods.
