Immediately after gym you should have carbs rich foods along with protein. You can take whey protein or any other nutritional supplement. Do exercise like yoga, push ups, plank etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Avoid smoking, alcohol.

You need a immediate health check ups. Along with this follow these. Take more foods more frequently. Do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Add ghee, butter etc with foods. Use extra refined foods with unrefined. Add extra healthy fats in cooking. Eat more fish, egg, meat etc. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take quality sleep.

Use dense fruits, vegetables. Use whole cream milk. Take more fish, egg, meat etc. Use more healthy fats. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water but not just before or during meals.
