Amla - The Wonder Berry!

Amla, otherwise called as indian gooseberry, is light green in colour and tastes sour. The indian gooseberry belongs to the euphorbiaceae family. This fruit ripens in the autumn in wet, forested, hilly areas on the indian subcontinent. In india it is considered a sacred tree. The fruit is very nourishing. Both dried and fresh fruits can be consumed for their health benefits.

There can b many reasons for senstivity. You must get your teeth evaluated and for the time being use some densitizing toothpastes available in market like colgate sensitive prorelief apply on the tooth surface and let it remain for 2 mainutes after 2 mintues brush properly use atleast 2 times a day.

Dear Lybrateuser, - The burning sensation could be due to urinary tract infection - have 8-10 glasses of water per day - get urine RE / ME done to know the cause - consult a doctor as you may require a course of antibiotics.

Try not to think about the work life when at home, keep yourself busy with your liking and hobbies while not on duty. You need to sleep properly (~8 hr per day), so prior to bed, I'd recommend a cold shower, half an hour of meditation with soothing music, try it, you can google for training video lesson for this before hand. Make sure to sleep in a completely dark room devoid of any noise. Try not to take any tea/coffee for at least 3 hrs prior to bed (practice it, it'll be worthwhile). Stay away from any kind of smoking/alcohol (if you do). If possible, early morning/evening go out for a light jogging session, you'll be feeling much better and refreshed if maintained in daily basis.

Dear user: Wash hair regularly 2-3 times a week with a mild shampoo. Massage your hair with oil every time before washing the head and hair. Avoid spicy, greasy, hot and penetrating foods, junk food, and aerated drinks. Have food with good nutritive value; include fiber-rich foods, salads, fruits, and lentils. Do regular yoga and exercises to minimize stress levels. Avoid scratching the scalp with hands or any other objects. Mix 2-3 teaspoons of coconut oil with 1 teaspoon of Indian gooseberry (amla) juice. Gently massage the scalp with this everyday. Add 10 drops of lemon juice to 1 egg white and beat well. Apply to the scalp and hair once a week. Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, and 1 cup yogurt. Apply this to the hair 30 minutes to 1 hour before washing the head and hair. Soak 50 gm methi dana in 2 cups of water overnight, next day in the morning make the paste and apply on scalp for 15 minutes. Chew 10 holy basil leaves (tulsi), 10 margosa leaves (neem), and 10 bael leaves (belpatra) on an empty stomach early in the morning. Hope this will help you. Consult me privately for any assistanvce.

Sorry to inform you that there is nothing you can do to increase the size of your penis. It is good that you have a lot of healthy habits but that has no contribution to the size of your sexual organ. But here perhaps is huge consolation, when we men look at our penis from above as we can normally do, it always appears as small. The only way we can compare and determine whether it is smaller than most others’ organs are is by measuring it in its placid size and when it is enlarged in sexual excitement. And the other great news for you to know is that size does not matter for sexual gratification, either for you or your partner. In fact when the penis is smaller (I do not mean too small as in tiny!) and the woman is very excited, her cervix attempts to reach the tip of your penis and it is of immense satisfaction to her! If your organ was large she may not be able to do so and will lose on that special gratification. Now the masturbation of twice a day may be connected to this fear of a small penis: masturbation will never increase the size. Add a lot of different fresh seasonal vegetables, raw salads and herbs. This will not only be pleasing to your palate by providing a burst of flavour but will also give it an aesthetic appeal, so the meal doesn’t look boring and monotonous. While you sit to eat, do not just shove the food in your mouth and gulp it down. The idea is to go slow, and enjoy the entire experience, relish your food as you chew it properly to enjoy every flavour in every bite. Focus on what you are eating the texture, the visual appeal, the aroma of the dish. Yes, you will feel hungry after few hours and that ok. It only means less pressure on your intestines and delaying the ageing process of the cells which can prevent heart attacks, diabetes and cancer. Eat small snacks every few hours. Having said that eating till you are 80% full will make you hungry for more, it is a good practice to eat 5-6 meals a day instead of the traditional 3 meal pattern of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat a healthy snack like a fresh whole fruit or nuts like almonds, walnuts, unsalted peanuts, pumpkin seeds, low fat curd or unsalted chaas, hard boiled eggs between main meals every 2-3 hours. This will help to keep you burning more calories throughout the day as the digestion process continuous to keep your metabolism up and running. Also, your body will thank you for feeling light and energetic throughout the day because of the regular supply of an array of nutrients and maintaining your blood sugar levels Have a light supper or dinner As they say, Eat breakfast like a King, Lunch like a commoner and dinner like a popper it is important to start the day with a filling wholesome breakfast to kick start your metabolism and taper down your meals as the sun goes down. Swelling behind the ear without symptoms could be a dermoid tumor. A sebaceous cyst. A fat accumulation called lipoma. etc you could get it removed if it really bothers you.

How to reduce weight actually my weight has grown up directly with in 2 years I have increase my weight from 45 to 72.
Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.
