High BP can lead to fatigue. It is better for you to also do a complete blood count to check anemic state. Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.

Bakery Bread is calorie bomb:

The starches in bread get broken down quickly in the digestive tract and enter the bloodstream as glucose.

White bread has high glycemic index because it's made from refined grains that are rapidly absorbed during digestion, causing sharp spikes in blood sugar and insulin levels and increases risk for weight gain, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol and heart disease.

Even whole wheat bread spikes blood sugar faster than many candy bars!

When blood sugar goes up rapidly, it tends to go down just as quickly. When blood sugar goes down, we become hungry.

Bread contains lots of Gluten

Wheat contains a large amount of a protein called gluten. Gluten is a troublesome protein that appears to be doing more damage to our health than we initially thought. This protein has glue-like properties (hence the name gluten) responsible for dough’s viscoelastic properties.

This is found in traces in wheat, barley, and rye — pretty much any bread or pasta product has it. (Rice and corn are absolutely free from it)

It is believed that 30-50% or more of the population is gluten sensitive, thus are deteriorating their health by eating wheat.

Bleaching process ads toxins to the flour which may lead to cancer

The flour that is made into white bread is bleached with benzoyl peroxide. The bleaching process does nothing to clean the flour. It has no purpose other than to make the product more visually appealing, so that consumers will be more likely to purchase it. In the process, benzoyl peroxide creates free radicals and benzoic acid. Free radical species are well known to contribute to DNA damage and aging, and benzoic acid can cause contact irritation, discomfort, weakness, and malaise. When ingested, the agent can cause headache, nervousness, nausea, and vomiting.

In addition to the health effects mentioned above, benzoic acid also contributes to the destruction of beneficial intestinal bacteria. This increases chances of colon carcinoma.

Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning kindly follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bed time 6. Avoid day time sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes consult physician if symptoms persist of worsen.

Hi lybrate-user 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. There are no exercises for itchiness. Your skin might be itching due to following reasons: -dryness -skin allergy -sweating -hard water (if your skin is sensitive) -using too much soap there can be various other reasons but they show symptoms like rashes or hives. Use less soap, wash it off thoroughly. Moisturise your skin if it feels dry or itchy.

Hello, take a good proteinaceous diet along with fruits and vegetables. Proteins sources could be whey protein supplement, milk, soya, eggs. Also drink water and electrolyte solution during and after your swimming session, because the water of pool is high in chlorine and it can cause dehydration in your body and cause electrolytes imbalance and cramping of your muscle.

Ganglion, if painful can be surgically removed. But you have to remember that they can recur in about 10 - 15 % people. There is no role for aspiration since the recurrence rate is even higher. Sometimes it does disappear on its own.
