If one has just fever with no other significant symptom, bed rest, plenty of fluids, regular food intake, take paracetamol tablets. Watch for two days. If fever persists or else you develop some other complaint like cough, chills, body pain, vomiting or loose motions visit your doctor.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Be gentle with wet hair. Don’t comb, pull, tug, twist, or be rough with your hair in any way immediately after hair wash. Hair roots are weak and prone to breakage when wet.

Hi Monica, One-sided headaches are mostly due to Migraine or sinusitis. Migraine headache are accompanied by other symptom slike seeing halos around lights, decreased vision, sensitivity to light and vomiting. Sinus headache are accompanied by colds ,thick nasal discharge,a post nasal drip and heaviness in any part of face . Headaches occur due to one of these reasons: 1) Colds or sinusitis 2) Stress or lack of sleep 3) Migraine(One-sided headaches) 4) Hangover after taking alcohol 5) Fasting 6) Dental problem 7) Ear infections 8) Dehydration What to do if you have a headache: 1) Hydrate yourself by drinking 6-8 glass water 2) Sleep in a dark room. Wear comfortable cotton clothes and just relax. 3) Cold compress to forehead relieves headache by reducing inflammation and constricting blood vessels. 4) Practise muscle relaxation technique by doing deep breathing while lying down with your eyes gently closed. 5) If you have sinus headache, take steam inhalation to relieve your headache. 6) Avoid caffeine as initially it will relieve your headache, but slowly it will increase the headache. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. If you have hypothyroidism and PCOS then it is better to consult an endocrinologist. If you are on treatment for hypothyroidism then TSH should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L. EVen PCOS can be controlled with proper treatment. Blood glucose PP 170 mg, shows a pre-diabetic state. It is necessary to take a number of precautions like avoiding sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, bakery items and colas. Plus regular exercise for over 1 hour a day and restricted diet. If hypothroidism is not properly treated then body pain (muscle pain and joint pains) can be there. If you are interested please come with detais like thyroid test results, HbA1c% and fasting glucose level and height & weight, then I will be able to gude specifically. Thanks.

I experience sneezing at night and just after getting up. Remaining time I am normal. Any remedies please.

I experience sneezing at night and just after getting up. Remaining time I am normal. Any remedies please.
Hi lybrate-user, it seems you are suffering from allergy and the most common reason for the same is low immunity. Here are a few solutions: 1. Oregano Oil - Oregano oil has some excellent antiviral and antibacterial properties. It is also a great natural anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal agent and helps by giving relief to the inflamed nasal passages. It is also a great cure for sinusitis. Oregano oil is one of the best natural home remedies for sneezing. / Take half a teaspoon of undiluted Oregano Oil. / Mix it in a glass of fresh fruit juice (orange, grape or apple). / Drink the mixture twice daily for a week. 2. Saline Water Rinse - Saline water helps clear the minute dust and dirt particles that manage to get deposited in the nasal passages. Moreover, the warm water has a soothing effect on the mucous membrane which is very tender. Saline water is one of the easiest home remedies for sneezing. While pouring saline water into the nostrils make sure your mouth is kept open lest water escapes into the trachea or windpipe. / Mix 1 teaspoon of common salt (sodium chloride) in a glass of warm water. / Take a small dropper and fill it with the saline solution. / Squeeze some water into one nostril (tilt your head sideways). / Allow the saline water to drip out of the other nostril. / Repeat the process and keep your mouth open (for breathing). 3. Fresh Ginger - Ginger is a wonder herb root that has excellent anti-inflammatory properties. It is also a very good analgesic, antioxidant, and has anti-emetic properties as well. The antihistamine properties of ginger help control bouts of sneezing. Ginger is one of the best natural remedies for sneezing. / Take 2 fingers of fresh ginger. Wash, peel and extract the juice. / Mix the juice with a glass of warm water. Add a teaspoon of honey. / Drink this ginger juice twice daily. 4. Vitamin C Supplementation - Supplementing Vitamin C helps get relief from bouts of sneezing as it is a natural antihistamine that inhibits the production of histamines in the body. While allergens induce sneezing, antihistamines inhibit sneezing. Vitamin C supplementation is a great answer to the question “how to stop sneezing? / Make fresh lemon juice and drink. / Eat citrus fruits like oranges and grapefruit. / Add vegetables rich in Vitamin C in your daily cooking. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
