Hi I'm 20 years old man. I feels back pain when I woke up at morning. I had backflip training 6 months ago but I don't think that causes back pain. I used to sleep with pillow aside and feel much more comfortable when I put my leg over it and my chest is as base to my bed.

Dear , the report would also show presence or absence of pus cells. So please clearify that. As such from what you written so far I think you have infection and better get semen culture if facility exists in your city and take suitable antibiotics for 4-6 weeks and repeat semen to see pus cells gone, count and motility to improve.

To remain healthy and Fit ,you should follow 3 steps in your life 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. 2. Proteins: Essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Keep your lungs filled. .5.Breathe out through the nose while humming. Note that the humming sound should originate in your throat, not as a result of your partially-blocked nostrils. 6.Repeat twenty times.starting from 5 times In Nut-Shell,THINK GOOD,EAT GOOD,SLEEP GOOD andby adopting these 3 point in your life you will remain fit as ever.

Hi take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. And pranacharya sheetal syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.

Dear lybrate-user, try this method many people are success first and most sleep early wake up early at 4.0 AM and study with fresh mind, of course subjects which you are not interested you must spend more time and repeat it many times, "Practice makes Perfect" not only human including pets. Parrots are talking and dogs are dancing . Switch off mobile phone when you go to bed and switch it on at 6AM. Example some people they don't like Mathematics but it is essential for Life everyday and every time we are depended on Mathematics, Right from Doctor to business man, including vegetable seller, we can understand many other distraction disturbed minds It is like love issues. still not able to concentrate go for counselling help in person or audio/video. please give us feedback after trying for weekdays.

I have blessed with a baby boy on 16 jan 2016 now he was 28 weeks old when he was born and his weight is 1 kg 300 gm and now he has weight of 1 kg 400gm I want to know that when he will discharge from hospital is he safe in hospital or he will be safe at home as we can take special care off him 24×7 we should wait or bring him home doctors are saying that he is absolutely fine. Hi your concern is totally valid, but the problem with extremly low birth weight babies is that even if they look good, there are chances they might go in apnea (sudden cessation of breathing) and they are prone to temp irreugalrities thats why doctors are not discharging the baby. I suggest let them do their work and take discharge are per the doctors advice.

Massage olive oil over the scar. Rub approximately 1 tbsp of olive oil onto your scars. Use less if the scar is small. Massage the oil into your scars for approximately 5 minutes to help loosen up the scar tissue. Leave the oil on your skin for roughly 10 minutes, then wipe it off with a clean cloth.

Hello, am 16 and 10 month's old weak boy. I am being bullied and made fun of in my couching centre. Today I tried apposing the bullies i've also made fun of them (him) in group. And I won the grop conversation. But later the boy (bully) came near me and pushed me hard on my right forearm above the elbow region and shoulder and asked laughing what ia Yours? I also tried to defend and choose fight (am weak and the bully is strong very strong he has good muscles and all) I pushed him he tried twisting my arm upper limbs he also twisted my hand full from the shoulder I tried pushing him again he pushed me pn my shoulder and above elbow arm region I got out he pushed me from back on my shoulder. I ignored and took it as a fun even though I was in pain. The only first puch was on my left upper limb the next fight took place maximum on my right upper limb (twisting, more punching and all) and on shoulder while on my left upper limb I got very few hits. And so 1 night passed today now 6 pm and still my right below shoulder region is Paining with shoulder pain and the mild tenderness in my hand. What has to be done? Am I at risk? Please help me? Should I complaint about the boy beat me up to my father? Please have I got anything injured or damaged by that boy? Can forceful punchesin regions do that damage. Thank you!

Hi, first and foremost you should talk to your parents and teachers you should not take up any bully in the class or outside but at the same time it's not right to involve in any kind of such fights instead of getting into a fight you should have approached teachers and principal first of all talk to your parents, ice the area and look if there's any swelling or bruising and let your parents know about how you got hurt Even if you think your parents might scold you do not be afraid in the same way you weren't afraid of the bully parents even though strict always are in favour of their on kids.

The problem is that you don't eat. Crashing your intake or eating less will only drop your metabolism and body will store more fats. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – Lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
