Masturbation is not harmful to physical or mental health. It does not affect sexual performance or satisfaction. Viagra can be taken after discussing with a doctor.Viagra is helpful only if normal erection does not happen for various reasons. It does not increase performance time.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects

Breathlessness may be due several causes like cardiac diseases, respiratory diseases, anxiety to name a few. You have not mentioned whether you are a smoker, whether you take alcohol, the environment you live and food and other allergies. What is your daily diet what are the investigations you have done till now and their results and the medications you are currently taking. Get a comprehensive stool examination done as well as as you grow old digestive enzymes are not produced adequately so you might require supplementation use probiotics and fermented foods was a colonoscopy done any time because you are 70 for more specific advice detailed history is required Please take a consult.

THYROID DISORDER AND WEIGHT LOSS

1. Optimize Your Thyroid Treatment

Some thyroid patients -- and practitioners -- believe that if athyroid patient has gained weight, or can't lose weight, simply getting on thyroid medication will be the solution. Unfortunately, this seems to be less common that patients who, despite being treated, continue to gain weight despite eating well and exercising, or who can't lose weight no matter what diet or exercise approach they try.

Many practitioners believe that for thyroid patients who want to lose weight, the first step is to optimize -- not just normalize -- your thyroid treatment. What is considered "optimal" Not only are TSH, Free T4 and Free T3 levels considered important, but Reverse T3, ferritin, leptin, and other issues come into play in terms of optimal thyroid treatment.

2. Hormone Resistance Issues

Some practitioners believe that hormone resistance problems -- including leptin resistance , insulin resistance , and thyroid resistance -- contribute to the difficult some thyroid patients face in losing weight . This means, having fasting glucose, leptin, and Reverse T3 tested , evaluated, and potentially treated.

3. Increase Your Metabolism

Because hypothyroidism lowers metabolism, one of the most important things you can do is to focus on is diet, foods, and exercise that can help raise your metabolism .

4. Change Your Diet

Making changes to your diet can be essential to successful weight loss. This can include avoiding overconsumption of goitro genic foods and vegetables (watch out for those raw juice diets!), going gluten/wheat-free , and limiting simple carbohydrates and sugar .

5. Get Enough Sleep

A crucial factor for weight loss is getting enough sleep . One study showed that women who slept 5 hours per night were 32% more likely to experience major weight gain (an increase of 33 pounds or more) and 15% more likely to become obese over the course of the 16-year study, compared to those who slept 7 hours a night. Some practitioners have even said it's better to skip a morning workout and use the time to sleep!

6. Try Supplements

There are hundreds of diet and weight loss supplements on the market, and very few of them are proven to be effective. But some may be of help to you in lowering appetite, lowering blood sugar, burning fat, or raising metabolism. One in particular that has some research behind it is conjugated linoleic acid . (Be careful, however, about supplements that are loaded with iodine.)

7. Get the Right Kind of Exercise

Many practitioners recommend regular exercise for thyroid patients who want to lose weight, but not excessive exercise -- the kind that leaves you exhausted or recuperating for days. My exercise of choice is T-Tapp , but other patients have found walking, Pilates, and other forms of exercise effective. The challenge is of course actually doing the exercise!

Hello Lybrate user you can not drink 8-10 glass of water at a one go it should strech upto dinner. If we consider your problem of going frequently for toilet it's may be due to some other reason if we consider your age factor it's 66 years so if you are having problem of increased frequency of urination you should check out your your blood sugar levels.
