5 diet and fitness tips for busy people

Vigorous exercise is important. However, if your hectic schedule leaves you with no time to hit the gym, you can try integrating some activity in the course of the day for increasing your productivity and staying fit.

  • Take a walk when you are conversing on the phone.
  • Instead of the lift, take the stairs.
  • Take short breaks and step away from workstation.
  • Workouts at home, such as sit-ups, push-ups, crunches, lunges and squats, keep you in shape.
  • Eat healthy and on time

Foods which are low in nutritional value and have too many calories can pose serious health problems, including weight gain, cardiovascular problems and diabetes. It is important to stick to a healthy diet and a strict routine.

  • Instead of starchy foods, choose wholegrain variants which contain more fibre, and keep you feeling full.
  • Feel like snacking in the middle of the day? stock up on nuts and seeds or citrus fruits that are known to cure fatigue and stimulate alertness.
  • To keep your energy up and your metabolism on overdrive, eat breakfast and smaller meals throughout the day, rather than 3 big meals.

The colour of the flowers is yellow. Do you need to explain it or it is self explanatory. Masturbation has no effect on hair loss. You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts refeeding from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. This may also be accompanied by severe dandruff. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is a lotion and tablets. There is no other alternative. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects on the hair roots. First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Please take balance diet and a lot of water daily. Add some salads, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruit and milk in this. Kids go through various stages of their physical and psychological development which in turn affect as well as alter the ways in which they perceive and communicate with the world. But what most parents fail to understand is that these small signs can be hiding several serious signs of mental problems.

What are the common signs of mental illnesses?

  1. Long lasting mood swings: An alteration in mood swings that has been lingering for over two weeks is regarded as a strong indicator of a severe mental disorder in your child.
  2. Excessive level of worries and fears: Worries and fears in kids are rampant in children during their early years. Kids also have a fear of being separated from their parents, and if you find that it is more than normal levels, then it is a reason to worry about.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Lybrate-user you may have computer vision syndrome. With computer use, it is advised you follow the 20-20-20 rule. It means-after every 20 minutes for 20 seconds look at a distance beyond 20 feet. Also try palming. Rub your hands to warm them and then cover your eyes. It will help relax your eyes. Get your eye power checked especially if your last eye checkup has been more than a year ago. Consider using a lubricating eyedrops. One you can use one r your contact lenses though. Get an eye exam if this does not help.

Take moderate carbohydrate, moderate protein, low fat diet. Take a cup of green tea in the morning and evening. Avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. Also do not take creamed milk rather take skimmed milk. Eat less chapatis, less rice, more pulses and pulses products, fresh fruits and vegetables. Must take exercises daily.
