Which one is more effective for knee joint osteoarthritis treatment of a 57 female - Uniwalk tablet or Zedfit powder?...
If arthritis is advanced, then none of treatment is helpful, except knee replacement. Physiotherapy also helps a lot to reduce pain n stiffness.

Can you pl send x-ray or USG report of knee to see if osteoarthritis etc is developing. If leg is paining entire length, it could be nervine problem or circulatory problem too. What's reading of BP, sugar, uric acid, RA factor, ESR? Pl consult online with reports. For the time being start giving her tab/ cap Haridra, rumalaya forte, guggul (all of Himalaya co.) and apply Rumalaya liniment over knee twice a day. Pl contact online with reports. Above medicine has no side effects. Can be given for long time.

I am 31 years old and both the two toes of my feet has become feeling less or jammed as if it is facing difficulty to sense the touch. I am not sure if it is a sign of diabetes or high stress. What should I do?

Do have clinical examination by your neuro musculosketol physio or vascular specialist or diabetologist to rule out whether its of nerve impingement or damage or vascular lesions or if it is of diabetic neuro pathy normally avoid stress as it is major indirect cause of today's ailments by relaxation techniques like breathing exercises meditation listening soothing music outdoor shopping etc

Cannot walk doctors said spine discs at different levels are showing abnormality, of surgery is done difficult to come out of unconsciousness.

That may not be due to old fracture this might be due to lack of blood circulation and also due to back pain ie. sciatica where you will have pain in the lower left back, numbness and pain in foot. Pain in the foot, ankle and stiffness of the lower leg is due to constant pain and that makes the leg to have less blood circulation due to less movements and that becomes rigid for which doing hot water fermentation will help and also MCR chappals can be used to feel relaxed and comfortable along with Lumbosacral belt to improve the abdominal muscle tone

Hello Sir, Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Good posture plays a key role in your spine health, helping to prevent additional back and neck pain and even injuries to spinal structures. Try to be aware of your posture and make good posture part of your normal routine. -head up, shoulders back, rear tucked under -Stand and walk with correct posture -Sit with support -Lift and carry carefully -And finally, keep moving:-Maintaining a static position for too long—more than twenty or thirty minutes at a time—is hard on the back. Prolonged static posture can slowly deplete elasticity from the tissues. By simply moving—be it a change of position, a stretch, or a short walk—the tissue elasticity needed to protect your joints can be restored and the associated discomfort reduced. -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT current can give you relief. -Consult a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your back pain. Best wishes.
