Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

You need not wash your face that many times as it may lead to complete loss of moisture from your skin. Use oil free face wash and you can wash your twice a day.

Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. What we as a society say and ask for from our children, can sometimes be drastically different from nature's plan. This is the age of the body's sexual growth and maturity. Along with the bodily changes, hormones cause changes in the brain too. Physical attraction, fantasies, sexual desire, etc are all natural and normal for teenagers. You cannot change how nature has designed your daughter. That said, you definitely need to guide her behavior. At this point in her life you cannot control her completely, nor can you leave her totally independent. My suggestion would be that you start accepting her for who she is. Accept that she likes someone or is attracted to someone. Then you guide her behavior respectfully, without being demanding and instructive. Confess your fears and anxieties. Ask her about her fears and apprehensions. Give suggestions based on your experience. It is ok to tell her what you expect, but gradually she is going to make more and more independent and self-centered choices. That's part of growing up. So be prepared. Teenagers take time to learn how to balance peer pressure and parental pressure. Don't push her to an extreme. If you treat your daughter with growing respect, you will be respected. If you become rigid and demanding, she will act stubbornly too.

I am 27 male I am facing sexual problem from 6 years libido or ed I get erection in night many times in a month during sleep I am unmarried I get my penis tight when I masturbate but suddenly fell my penis is getting soft after 2-3 minute one more thing I notice my penis get erection when I am laying or sitting if I stand it will loose erection I met a doctor last year he get some blood test which were normal 1. Urine culture normal 2. Total tsh serum 1.044 range 0.35-4.94uiu/ml 3. Testosterone total serum 566. 82ng/dl range 241-827ng/dl 4. Hydroxyvitamin d it was very low only 3.90ng/ml range 30-100ng/ml I am taking d3 syrup 60000iu weekly and now it is almost 23ng/ml but not too much improvement in my sexual conditions so I do not know what to do my marriage is next year. I feel tension stress and fog on my mind.Please tell.

Thanks for giving a very nice and detailed history. It helps us in advising you the correct treatment. As investigation suggest there is no hormone deficit in your body. You need to understand that male sexuality has three parts. First is desire, then errection which is caused by increased blood flow in your penis. After that if stimulated discharge happens. At night when you are relaxed during sleep, your blood vessels also relax and that causes more blood to flow to pebis. So what you are experiencing at night is absolutely normal.After errection, when discharge happens, blood will go away from penis and it will become soft, till you get another stimulation. The same reason explains why you get errection in one position. To summerise it is absolutely normal to have occasional errection and softening depending on relaxation of blood vessels. The most important thing is to stay relaxed as that can give you sustained errection.

Hello lybrate-user the primary cause of hair fall as you are aware is the lack of nutrients or an imbalanced diet. Deficiency in protein, biotin and zinc is the major cause of hair fall. You get plenty of supplements in the market. However, a natural diet is the best way to combat hair fall. Including plant based foods such avocado, walnuts, almonds and seeds such as flax seeds (alsi) and sabza (the black seeds put in falooda) will greatly help reduce hair fall. If you are a non-vegetarian, you can include eggs (preferably boiled) and fish which is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids.

Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi, yes, it is piles. Please follow these tips: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetabes, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Apply pilex ointment before and after passing stools. 10. Take tab arshonyt 1-1-1 for about a month and inform. 11. Do sitz bath twice daily.
