No foods contains direct cholesterol. It's depend on your digestion power and metabolism power, which is called agni in ayurveda. Take according to your hunger keep excersice do blood report after 6 month. For precaution.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. Diet for weight loss: early morning-lukewarm water with lemon 1 glass tea without sugar + 2 biscuits breakfast-2 hard boiled eggs + 2 slice brown bread or 2 scrambled eggs + 1 slice brown bread+ skimmed milk 1 cup (240 gm) mid-morning-1 banana/1/2 cup melon/20 grapes lunch-brown rice 1 cup (195 gm) + chicken/dal (100 gm) + mixed vegetables 1/2 cup + salad 1 bowl evening-butter milk 1 cup dinner-1 roti + fish/ green leafy vegetables (50 gm) + lentils dal 1/2 cup+ raita 1 small bowl.

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients. Sleep and weakness. So take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day. Drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

Hello , dandruff is basically a fungal infection of the scalp . To avoid getting dandruff , stop oiling especially when you feel the scalp is itchy and flaky as that will aggravate the condition . For now you could apply an anti dandruff shampoo like scalpe etc on the baby's head and leave it for about a minute and then wash it off backwards so it does not go into the eyes of the baby .Use the shampoo twice a week for 4 weeks . Also never tie the hair when wet. Hope that helps !

I am always thinking about small small things. I am not relaxed and unsatisfied until it gets solved may it be very small and unimportant thing or a task. So any thought stuck into my mind I keep on thinking and problem worsens. My ability to tackle, manipulate conditions in life thus has been decreased. I have been completely indecisive. My attitude is very negative. I am always anxious even for very little little things. So there is 24 hrs headache. Sleep disturbances, lot of dreams (normal according to day today activities. And good thing is I have complete insight & I am trying get out of it. Suffering since 3 years. Now has been worsened does any path have any considerably effective, relatively quick remedy on this?

I'm sorry to hear about these difficulties of yours. There are various options available to help you expedite the process of recovery, both medicine based, and otherwise. Considering the problems you've mentioned, I suggest that you get in touch with a psychiatrist. The sooner you get help, the lesser the long term damage to your mind and body would be. Does it have any side effects?
You don't have to take pain killers if you take homoeopathic medicines which improve and treat the system as a whole and relieve your pain speedily without adverse effects. To start with, take homoeopathic medicine magnesia phos 200 twice daily starting from 3 days before expected date of commencement of period. Don't hesitate to intimate the response of the medicine and seek any further help.

HI Lybrate USER… A) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 10 ml of honey along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after dinner…. B) do regularly BHUJANGASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS.

I am suffering from Back pain. The pain is in upper back and from sides mostly. The pain feels to be in muscles, not in spinal cord for last two months. When somebody hit with hands or pushes my back. It feels relaxed but after sometime again pain starts. All night and all day the pain remains there. please help me.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
