Following a healthy lifestyle that is armed with a well-regulated diet is the most important aspect of combating your cardio-vascular disease. You can achieve your goals by following short and simple steps that would help you to reap long-term benefits for protecting your cardio-vascular health.

  1. Try to use the calories consumed: It is very important to know how many calories you are consuming in a span of 24 hours. The calorie and nutritional information given on the food levels are normally based on the 2000 calorie diet. But it is crucial to know that your individual calorie requirement is dependent on numerous factors, including your age, gender as well as level of physical activities. When you are aiming to restrict your weight gain, it is recommended not to eat more than you can use up in a day along with increasing the intensity and amount of physical activity so that it matches the amount of physical activity. You must try to incorporate either 75 minutes of hard training or 150 minutes of moderate exercise in a span of seven days in order to boost healthy weight loss.

I got infected from T.B , Bacteria in year 2004,And due to T.B i started getting Mild Epilepsy attack.Is there any medication which could permanently cure me of both problens,as i am not infected since birth,I assume there should be Some medication to cure both these decease permanently ?

1. Do warm saline gurgling 3-4 times daily 2. Take viscodyne d syrup 2tsf thrice daily if it is a dry cough or viscodyne syrup if cough is associated with sputum 3. You may have to take antibiotic along with it if no relief4. Avoid smoking if you smoke

Foam roller:

Dowel rod: 

This could easily be replaced with a broomstick. It often accompanies rotational poses and overhead movements around the shoulders to accomplish a greater range of motion.

Risers:

Any sturdy elevated surface can serve the same function as risers for many stretches shown in the book. However, the risers are nice because you can adjust the height to what fits you best.

Stretch rope:

Simply a rope that can be purchased at any home goods store. This piece of equipment assists a movement and provides a deeper stretch to the targeted muscle group. A 7-foot length works fine.

Stability ball and medicine balls:

 Many different size balls are utilized . The large ball is known as a stability ball and can be purchased at many stores that carry fitness equipment.The stability ball adds an extra element to many stretches by incorporating a balance component or a greater range of motion.Medicine balls of various sizes are also used as props, but any type of sport ball will work as well.

Supported stability ball:

 Using a support frame, or Halo™, with the stability ball will provide a stationary platform with more stability when needed. This can also be replaced by a sturdy chair for most of the stretches.

Hello lybrate-user, pastas and noodles are staple of that respective countries. They balance it by eating other healthy foods like vegetables, meat, fish poultry etc with it. However indians have chapatti and rice as their staple and their bodies are used to digesting it well as had since childhood. However if one is able to have a balanced diet with ocassional cheating on pasta and noodles then its fine.

Well bathing should take care, as per age, climate. Etc. In cold climate prefer warm especially. First wet your feet then gradually up the body which is ideal.
