If she has missed her scheduled [periods she might be pregnant. Do a simple urine pregnancy test to confirm if pregnant or not? if positive urgently consult a gynaecologist, get examined, and investigated to know the exact duration of [pregnancy, to decide the most safe and effective method of termination if desired by you both.

Milking breast without conception could be due to some reasons those need proper treatment. It may occur in makes too. See for any lumps around or in armpits for any possible infection. Mastitis may also cause it. For the time being kanchnar guggul and turmeric may be used as per directions but if it continues, get it checked by surgeon.

The safe period will depend on the frequency of the menstrual period. The periods also have to be regular. However, the failure rate by adopting only this method is comparatively high.

First of all the condition of your overall health is more important than any season. If you are planning to conceive start taking regular folic acid supplements, get your routine blood tests done rubella and thyroid tests done. There is no formula to get a intelligent child. Aim at having a healthy pregnancy and a healthy child.

Dear lybrate-user madam, Here I would like to suggest you during pregnancy your private parts (esp. Vagina and urethra) are more prone for infection, As pH of those parts is incresed and becomes alkaline. I advise you to drink lots of water per day, esp. 5-6 liter per day if you are staying in warm climate and also lots of liquids by mouth. You should also wear loose fitting cloths and cotton undergarments to avoid more perspiration. Here At presents I would also sugges you to get your urine examination done because as your womb increase in size it leads to pressure on Nearby urinarybladder and chances of getting urinary bladder or urine infection are more. Please get Urine Routine and micro examination done and get back to me Also I request you to maintain Private part hygeine. Thank you,

Healthy Pregnancy - 4 Exercises for You

There are technical ways in which you can get your body all set for labour. Although you may not know how your labour will progress, you can ease the pain that you experience during childbirth to a significant extent by doing these four exercises:

1. Kegel Exercises: These exercises target the muscles that provide support to your bladder, uterus, urethra and rectum. By strengthening the muscles of the pelvic floor, these exercises help in improving the flow of blood to your vaginal and rectal area. Kegel exercises involve contracting of  the muscles of your pelvic floor as you would do if you had to prevent passing urine or stool. It is also known to reduce the duration of the pushing stage of childbirth, which is the second stage. You can do the exercises sitting or standing and in either of the two ways-

Slow kegels: For this, contract the muscles of your pelvic floor and hold them for 3-10 seconds. Release and repeat the exercise for ten times.

Fast kegels: To do this, you need to contract and loosen up your pelvic muscles 25-50 times. Do the set for about 4 times with 5 seconds interval between each set.

 

2. Squatting: Practising squatting during your pregnancy can help in preparing your pelvic muscles for labour. While strengthening your thighs, it opens up your pelvis for an easy descent of the baby. So, here’s what you should do:

1. Begin by standing behind a chair for support with your feet wide apart

2. While contracting your abdominal muscles, relax your shoulders and chest before lowering your tailbone towards the floor

3. While inhaling and exhaling deeply, push into your legs and go back into a standing position

 

3. Pelvic Tilt: This exercise helps in strengthening the muscles of your back, pelvis and thigh regions while improving posture. Ensuring your pelvic joints remain flexible, it eases the pain experienced during delivery. Here’s how it’s done:

1. Get down on both your hands and knees while keeping your head in a parallel position with your back

2. While arching your back, pull in your stomach

3. Hold this position for a few seconds before releasing

The exercise needs to be repeated 3-5 times - all the while maintaining a strong hold over your back and stomach.

 

4. Tailor Pose: The tailor pose is designed to help relax your hip joints as well as open up the pelvis. It also helps in improving your body posture while easing the aches that occur in the lower part of your back. For this, you need to perform the following steps:

1. While keeping your back straight, sit comfortably on the floor

2. Placing the soles of both the feet together, press your knees gently towards the floor

3. Keep the position for 10-15 seconds. You can repeat the exercise for 5-10 times. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a gynaecologist.

Hello, If pregnancy is ruled out then the deal can be due to stress induced and one can wait for at least 2 weeks post missed menses to allow menses to start naturally.

Even a single sperm if enters vagina it can make you pregnant it us better to check your urine for pregnancy test if your periods are delayed for more than ten days.

Dear user. TO CAUSE PREGNANCY on a woman, sperm should be ejaculated inside the vagina or fresh sperm should be inseminated inside the vagina with some means during the fertility period of the woman. There are many determinants of pregnancy. You should be sexually matured. Your partner should be sexually matured. The period of your partner should be in the fertile stage. Her egg and your sperm cells should be healthy enough. Then her uterus should be capable to get conceived. If all these were satisfied, the pregnancy could be a result. Semen do not pass through clothes to make pregnancy. Sex during periods does not cause pregnancy. In the given case, there are less chances of pregnancy. Take care.

Most of us do not know the importance of staying fit unless we suffer from some ailment. Staying fit is definitely a daunting task but it pays off eventually. People often avoid and neglect health and fitness either due to their hectic daily schedule or due to mere laziness and step out for a walk or some sort of activities. The fact is staying fit is not at all a difficult task and once one starts inculcating the habit of practicing healthy habits, he will find it difficult not to stick to those habits. These are seven smart fitness tips that will help you to maintain body fitness.
1. The Most Important One—Exercise
When it comes to fitness and staying in shape all we want to do is hit the gym and then we whim “no time for it.” But it is not necessary to visit a gym to maintain health and fitness. Regular physical activity improves circulation and is a key to beat stress. Although it is imperative that you step out of home to walk for at least 30 minutes every day but if your schedule really does not permit you then read on for these easy tips.
Say No To Elevator
You can burn from 7 to 10 calories from one minute of climbing of stairs and this would be a reason for you to decide how many stairs you would like to climb each day.
Swim
Swimming is a very great way to stay fit. Butterfly stroke in swimming for 10 minute is believed to burn 150 calories.
2. Eat Healthy
Include lots of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains in your diet. Try to eat a balanced diet and ensure that you do not eat full stomach on each meal. Instead go for healthy snack every 3 hours. It is best to avoid street foods and junk foods like burgers, pizza and artificially sweetened soft drinks. One should also avoid consuming alcoholic drinks as it not only affects weight loss but also leads to various ailments. Include high protein diet in your meals such as poultry, fish, tofu, soya, and beans.
3. Drink Plenty Of Water
It is imperative to keep your body hydrated to maintain health and fitness of the body. Water is believed to be a natural cleanser of the digestive system and organs. Water also ideal for detoxification that flushes out toxins from the body through skin pores (in the form of sweat) and urine.
4. Get Enough Sleep
Our daily life has become such that we have time for everything but ourselves. We neglect our health and fitness so much so that many people even tend to cut down their sleep time to invest that time in other activities. To stay healthy an adult should sleep for at least 6 to 7 hours a day, if not more. Lack of sleep affects our cognitive skills, mood and concentration, induces stress hormones, and even affects our metabolism system and immune system. Getting enough sleep helps to heal and repair body and mind from daily stress.
5. Get Regular Health Check-ups Done
A regular health check-up is must for you as it helps in early detection if and when something abnormal goes inside your body. Your eye might tend to miss out any abnormality such as a mole or a lump but a physical examination will ensure you to find out such abnormalities. If you cannot get regular check-ups done you should at least get an annual check-up to make sure everything is just the way it is supposed to be.
6. Beat Stress
Stress can not only harm your mind but also your body and may cause digestive and cardiac problems. Regular exercising, meditation, engaging in spiritual activities, giving time for enjoying your hobbies, in short taking out time for leisure to engage in activities you like doing the most is said to relieve the body from the harmful effects of stress.

As per age get an amh level which will give idea about ovarian reserve. Then pills are given for formation of eggs. Yes iui should be the next thi g you should go for if you hav already had pills for 5 days in a month for couple of months.
